Ciabatta ricotta cheese sandwich

Coffee alone felt a little lacking, so I ordered a ricotta cheese sandwich to go with it! It is always quietly exciting when a café has sandwiches for a simple meal!!

The bread was ciabatta rather than regular sandwich bread, so it was nutty, easy on the stomach, and filling. It was not too heavy with coffee either, making it just right when I wanted to fill up lightly instead of having a big meal!!! The ricotta's soft, mild flavor paired well with the coffee too 👍

Choosing between Geisha and Mocha blends

This time, I ordered two blends I had been curious about: Geisha and Mocha. Coffee lovers know that even an Americano can taste quite different depending on the beans, right? So it was quietly fun to choose the beans like this instead of simply having one Americano 🙈

First, the Geisha blend had a clean, unfussy aroma that made it easy to drink lightly, while the Mocha blend was a little nuttier and smoother—nice to choose between depending on your preference.

When you need a café late at night

I visited during the day this time, but I think the biggest advantage of Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch is that it is available 24 hours a day. It would be nice when you have plans around Sinnonhyeon Station or are looking for a café after a nearby meal, and it also seems good when you need a place to chat late into the night or work on a laptop. Especially late at night, being able to order coffee easily through Auto Brew is a fun feature unique to this place!

There were many kinds of coffee as well as sandwiches and bakery items, so it was easy to cover everything from a light meal to dessert in one place.
