People & Peoples location and atmosphere

People & Peoples is on the first floor of Gukcheon Building, 17-28 Gilju-ro 121beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 262 m from Exit 7 of Sangdong Station on Line 7.

Parking is available at People & Peoples for a fee. Purple and blue neon lights gave the interior a pub-like atmosphere that was perfect for drinks. Liquor bottles decorated the walls, and silver globe lights made the space feel unique. The tables were roomy and the chairs comfortable, so it was a nice place to sit and chat.

Group seating is available for a minimum of 10 and up to 80 people.

There are drinks and set menus to order, too. The set with three bottles of Terra beer and Original Lasagna costs ₩38,000.

The Burrata Cheese Salad is ₩22,000 and the Ricotta Cheese Salad is ₩21,000. There was also a wide selection of salads, fruit punch, and fruit snacks, so there were plenty of choices.

Charging and Wi-Fi facilities

Every seat had a high-speed wireless charger, and there were chargers for Apple Watches and AirPods as well.

There was a Wi-Fi QR code on the kiosk, so it was easy to connect. Being close to Sangdong Station also made it easy to find.

The crisp texture of the Ambrosia Pastry Pizza

I ordered the Ambrosia Pastry Pizza! The pile of potatoes in the middle and the plump shrimp immediately caught my eye.

It was my first time trying pastry pizza, and even the edge of the crust was pastry, so crispy!

The generous topping on the left is shredded potato. It looks nutty and savory, right? Haha. Taking a big bite, I got the nuttiness of the potato and the springy shrimp! Rather than chewy like a regular pizza crust, it had a crunchy, cracker-like texture. The pizza was good on its own, but having a pickle now and then was nice.

I also tried the handmade hot sauce that came with the pizza. Definitely!!! It tasted different from store-bought hot sauce. Adding a little on top of the pizza gave it a spicy kick that cut through the richness. This was exactly the finishing touch… Amazing, I want to buy some to take home ㅠ

Honey Milkis fruit punch with pizza

I had thought fruit punch (hwachae, a chilled fruit drink) was something you ate at home, but having it with pizza felt different. It was especially sweet and refreshing because it included honey and Milkis, a Korean milk soda. When you are drinking, sometimes you crave something cold and sweet, and it was great for that. A large clear bowl was filled with watermelon, banana, tomato, green grapes, raisins, and other fruit.

I first scooped up a spoonful of the liquid, and the fizzy Milkis made it refreshing. The chewy raisins throughout added sweetness, and the Korean melon I love had a nice bite, too. With the pizza, it went surprisingly well. Maybe because of the honey, haha.

Oh! You can even pay with an Onnuri Gift Certificate QR code. I had a hard time finding places that accepted it, haha.

Blankets were available, too.

Final thoughts on pizza and fruit punch together

It was my first time having pizza and fruit punch together, and it was fun because they worked better than expected. The pastry pizza in particular felt different because its crisp texture was unlike a regular pizza crust. The fruit punch had a variety of fruit including watermelon, green grapes, and banana, and the Milkis and honey made it sweet and refreshing, so it paired well with the pizza. Since it is close to Sangdong Station, it would be a good place to visit if you are looking for a good restaurant in Sangdong, Bucheon, or somewhere to have a casual drink with pizza. People & Peoples was also a nice spot for pizza and beer or a gathering when you want to enjoy the outdoor-drinking-stall atmosphere.
