Seoul Station café's renewed tofu cream cheese baguette: Dance Dance

In short

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a tofu cream cheese baguette sandwich shop on B3 of Grand Central, one minute from Exit 4 of Seoul Station. Arriving just before the 18:30 last order, the writer ordered the Dubai pistachio baguette for 16,900 won and an iced Americano for 4,500 won, and the renewed tofu cream cheese was smooth enough that it was hard to believe it was made from tofu. Prices at Dance Dance Dance run high, but it is worth a stop if you want a sandwich you won't find elsewhere.

Today I want to introduce a baguette sandwich spot I love, 'Dance Dance Dance' (Dan-Dan-Dan).

Dance Dance Dance is a brand run together with the owner of the vegan dessert café 'Bbang Honestar' that I introduced before — they share a similar direction of using healthy ingredients! Unlike Bbang Honestar, Dance Dance Dance focuses mainly on sandwiches, and its signature is a lineup of desserts built around tofu cream cheese, each with its own distinct personality.

I'd been really curious about this place for a while, and I finally got to visit Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station through Superchart, so here's a quick post about it ✌️ There's also a Hannam branch, so it's worth stopping by if you're nearby!

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, and what are the hours?

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is located on B3 of Grand Central, about a 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Seoul Station. It's open daily from 07:00 to 19:00, with last order at 18:30.

Thanks to the soft, elegant lighting, I felt a sense of luxury the moment I walked in.

I intentionally arrived right before last order so I could take photos of the space without crowds. Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station has quite a lot of tables, so it seemed like a great spot for nearby office workers to grab a quick meal or a coffee during lunch.

There were also various other desserts available, like the pollack roe baguette, choco baguette, and scones. The choco baguette had me so curious... 🤤 Next time I want to try the pistachio choco baguette too.

Dance Dance Dance menu: autumn fig items and the sandwich lineup

The menu at Dance Dance Dance was more varied than I expected. True to the fall season, several cream cheese baguettes featuring seasonal figs caught my eye. They're also available as sets, so it seemed like a good way to fill up for a proper meal. Beyond that, they also sell various sandwiches like ham and egg, chicken breast, and jambon.

But there was one menu item I'd wanted to try even before I arrived... the Dubai pistachio baguette! I'd been so curious about it that I ordered it without a second thought, hahah.

I ordered the Dubai pistachio baguette (16,900 won) and an iced Americano (4,500 won).

Cross-section of the packed Dubai pistachio baguette

To show you just how thick and packed it looked...🫶 it was actually pretty tough to hold with one hand... In my opinion, there was a generous amount of kataifi, which I loved, and the ratio of tofu cream cheese was just right — not overwhelming at all!

As for the taste, honestly, it was so smooth I could barely believe it was made from tofu 😋 I watched the owner's YouTube channel and found out the tofu cream cheese had recently been renewed. Now I'm curious what the old version tasted like!

They say it uses 100% pistachio paste, and I could really taste the rich, natural pistachio flavor with a soft texture — it completely erased any preconceptions I had about tofu cream cheese, haha. The crunchy, crackly kataifi paired beautifully with the smooth and nutty pistachio tofu cream cheese, and the baguette itself wasn't the rough, roof-of-your-mouth-scraping kind, so I enjoyed every bite to the end.

Is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station worth a visit?

Dance Dance Dance, a sandwich spot near Seoul Station, is a bit pricey, but if you're looking to enjoy a sandwich that's both special and delicious, I'd recommend it 🫶
