In short
Marblejeong is a 1++ grade Korean beef and pork restaurant in Seongsu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, two minutes on foot from Ttukseom Station Exit 2. Meeting a friend at 7pm after her marathon, the writer ordered the two-plus Korean beef mixed grill of sirloin, brisket and beef flank, cooked tableside by the staff grilling service, plus a free Asahi draft beer from the review event. Between the sauce lineup and the staff's grilling, Marblejeong made for a happy Korean beef date in Seongsu.

Sirloin, beef flank and brisket cooked for you by Marblejeong's staff
Today's star, the two-plus Korean beef mixed grill, has arrived. Sirloin, brisket, beef flank — the visuals are gorgeous💕

The kind staff member grilled it so deliciously, and cut the pieces into perfect bite sizes too. I really want to steal this grilling skill~💕

Being able to enjoy it with wasabi, Maldon salt, and the special sauce in different ways was so nice. The sirloin's taste — wow wow, so tender, the juiciness is amazing.💕

Honestly the range of flavor and texture combinations made it so fun to eat, and so delicious too.

The beef flank — grilled so well without breaking the flow. The best🤣

And here it is — the Asahi draft beer from the review event💕

Brisket. For brisket, the special sauce was the best pairing.

Sirloin, beef flank, brisket — every single one was seriously delicious.

Is Marblejeong a good Korean beef date spot in Seongsu?
Overall the food was excellent, the atmosphere was classy, and I felt great the whole date. The grilling skill in particular was next-level. You all know this, right — the same cut of meat tastes different depending on how it's grilled!
