Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space is a poke and salad bowl restaurant on Yeonmujang 1-gil in Seongdong, Seoul. The blogger ordered the Salmon Bowl and Steak Bowl at 13,200 won each, topped over oat rice with raw salmon cubes and hanger steak, and even her salad-skeptic husband admitted it was genuinely delicious. When you want something light while wandering around Seongsu

I hadn't been to Seongsu in a while, so I was racking my brain over what to eat that would actually be worth bragging about... After eating way too heavy the day before, I was craving something light, so I headed to Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space for some Seongsu poke 🥗✨

I went with my husband — and honestly, whenever I suggest poke or salad, he usually eats it out of obligation for his health. But this time, after trying it, he admitted for the first time that it was actually delicious. So proud v
What's the vibe inside?

The first impression already felt warm and full of good vibes. Instead of the cold concrete look you'd expect from Seongsu, the whole space had a cozy, wood-toned atmosphere 🪵🪴

The tables come in a variety of setups, and I noticed solo diners kept comfortably walking in too. There are tasteful lighting fixtures and posters scattered around — total photo-op spot honestly.

Pets are allowed too! You just have to follow the posted guidelines. I don't have a pet myself, but that kind of thoughtfulness stood out to me.
Menu lineup and topping add-ons

I ordered the two that looked like the signature items: the Salmon Bowl and the Steak Bowl.

Looking at the menu, there was also a good variety of curry and sandwich options besides the salad bowls, so I was torn — but in the end, thought, Le Vegie Wang is all about the poke, right!

You can add various toppings like jalapeño plum dressing, smoked tempeh, avocado, and egg. If this place were near my home or office, I'd be here all the time...🥹 It seems like the kind of place where mixing and matching different combos every time would be fun.
📌 Every menu item is available to go, so it'd be great as a picnic lunchbox for a Seongsu outing, or for eating comfortably at the office!
🍣 Salmon Bowl (연아볼) - ₩13,200

Contents: oat rice, leafy greens, raw salmon, grapefruit sauce, avocado, tomato, boiled egg, garlic scape paste, olives, lentils, bell pepper, green beans
The second it arrived, the colors were so vivid and glossy... Piled high with raw salmon cubes, sliced avocado, moist soft-boiled egg, and fresh tomato — it looked healthy just from the sight of it.

👏 The rich, savory flavor of the raw salmon paired with the umami garlic scape paste completely cut through any heaviness — I just kept eating without stopping. Mixing it all together with the chewy, crunchy oat rice and perfectly ripe avocado was seriously incredible harmony... Personally, this is a menu I'd highly recommend!

🥩 Steak Bowl (스테이크볼) - ₩13,200

Contents: oat rice, leafy greens, hanger steak, sautéed mushrooms, green beans, tomato, hummus, oriental dressing
This is a cheat-code menu I'd unconditionally recommend to people who aren't big fans of poke or salad.

It comes piled with nicely browned hanger steak, and the meat wasn't dry at all — it was tender with the juices still intact. On top of that, mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, and light, smooth hummus! Really packed and satisfying.
Pour the accompanying dressing over the meat, veggies, and oat rice and eat it together... a well-being meal complete ✨️ Even with all the sauce poured on, it wasn't overpowering at all — if anything, it just tasted more savory.

The composition and harmony were so satisfying I felt like I could eat it every day without getting tired of it, and since the ingredients were fresh, it just felt like I was taking care of my health in itself — put me in a good mood.

Is the portion enough?
Both menus have a base layer of savory, chewy oat rice, so once you finish, you feel really full and satisfied. I'm neither a light eater nor a big eater, more of a medium eater, and the portion was just right for me — if you feel like it's a bit lacking, adding extra oat rice or toppings would be good.

And this is how thoroughly I cleaned up the bowl
Who should visit
Poke lovers will obviously be super satisfied... For anyone looking for a comfortable, filling meal in a stylish, pleasant café atmosphere, I fully recommend 'Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space'! 👍❤️
I actually ate this right after getting my teeth scaled at the dentist, and it was perfect timing haha, since there was no hot soup and nothing chewy that would've been an issue.
