Then, late in the afternoon, my friend suddenly texted: "Want to meet near Yeongdeungpo Station today?" It was a last-minute plan, but isn't that spontaneity exactly what makes a summer night romantic? I quickly searched for good spots near Yeongdeungpo Station and stopped scrolling the moment I found Nani Byeolgwan Yeongdeungpo Branch, an izakaya in the area.
