Once you get off the KTX at Seoul Station, there's Exit 4 at the subway station.
Follow the underground path from that Exit 4 and you'll come up into a building called Grand Central.
Take the escalator down from there and it's on basement level 3.
There are a lot of restaurants down here, so it gets busy at lunchtime — this is one of them.
