I went back to Chodaechang Byeollae Branch! I kept craving gopchang or daechang again, so I visited!

Parking right in front of the store is really convenient, and the restroom is inside, so that was easy to use too~!

The interior of Chodaechang Byeollae Branch was clean and tidy~ Having a wrapping cloth placed on the tables gave it an even warmer, more welcoming feel~!

These are the basic side dishes! They played an important role in cutting through the richness of the daechang and gopchang, haha.

Ordering daechang and gopchang together was great because we could switch between the two! #Gopchang has that distinctive savory charm, while #daechang has a savoriness on the inside plus a soft texture — each had its own appeal~!

While we waited after ordering, the gopchang and daechang started grilling up looking so appetizing! The smell was amazing ㅠㅠ The staff grilled everything for us, which made it easy~!

The gopchang was packed full of gop (intestinal fat) and grilled to a golden brown, savory on the outside with a chewy texture inside that had you reaching for piece after piece~

The daechang had a different kind of savoriness from the gopchang, so I was glad we ordered both~! Grabbing one golden-brown gopchang, then a daechang, alternating between the two, and before we knew it the grill plate was nearly empty~~

After finishing the gopchang and daechang, we also ordered #eolkeundoenjangsulbap! Honestly, after eating gopchang or daechang, you always end up craving something with a spicy broth~ and that's exactly when eolkeun doenjang sulbap hits the spot!!

Eating the spicy broth together with rice made it the perfect closing dish after the grilled meat~ It really felt like the meal came to a proper finish!! Since it comes with a soup dish, it also works well as a side for drinking, and it's just as good if you're visiting for a full meal!

Why Chodaechang Byeollae Branch is worth a trip to Byeollae

There's even a delicious ice cream for dessert ~~ You should definitely visit, haha. This was a great place to visit if you're looking for a gopchang restaurant or daechang restaurant in Byeollae, or if you want to eat a meat menu with friends or family!!

I ate well again this time, and now I want to try other menu items next time~~
