Cod roe baguette and wine-snack jambon at Seoul Station: Dance Dance

The hottest sandwich shop right now, Dance Dance Dance, just opened at Grand Central!!!! Seoul Station's Grand Central is turning into a food paradise,, (happiness). It was already a super hot sandwich brunch spot at its Hannam-dong location, but now it's come to Seoul Station too — as someone who's tried every hot spot in Jung-gu, Seoul, I had to go check out this Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station branch!

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, and what about parking and hours?

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is located at B306-2, B3 Grand Central, 14 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul. It's open daily from 07:00 to 19:00, and parking is available with 1 hour free.

This Seoul Station sandwich spot is on the basement 3rd floor of the Grand Central building at Seoul Station. Parking is 1 hour free, and it's a 2-minute walk straight from Seoul Station Exit 4. There's a path next to Grand Central that leads toward Confierre too.

Take this escalator down, then another escalator inside the building, and you're on B3 of Grand Central. It's right on the left side!! Since it opens every morning at 7am, it's a great spot for early morning brunch.

Do you need a reservation? How group orders work

You can reserve or order ahead through Naver, so I'd recommend ordering in advance instead of waiting in line! It's famous as a Seoul Station favorite, so there are a lot of group sandwich orders too, and weekday lunch can get a long wait.

For group orders, if you call the store 2–3 days ahead, they'll prepare everything for your requested time, and they can even arrange quick delivery (delivery fee paid by the customer). When I visited on a weekday morning there seemed to be a group order in progress too (my office still only orders Isaac Toast though haha).

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is inside B3 of Grand Central, so there are plenty of tables right in front of the shop. If you avoid weekday lunch hours, it's a relaxed vibe, perfect for enjoying a sandwich with coffee.

The Grand Central building at Seoul Station itself is hip and beautiful. Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station already has a hip brunch café vibe on its own, and being inside Grand Central just makes the atmosphere even better.

There are lots of tables right out front, so just grab whatever seat looks comfortable!

Menu at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station and the baguette or ciabatta choice

At Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, you can choose your bread between baguette and ciabatta. I ordered the jambon jalapeño sandwich (₩11,900) and the cod roe baguette (₩7,900).

DANCE DANCE DANCE's motto is good bread, healthy ingredients. You can choose between baguette and ciabatta, and they use unrefined raw sugar, domestic tofu, and handmade ham without chemical additives — only healthy ingredients, they say. Even the coffee is a premium blend made in collaboration with Vision Stroll!

What the 7,900-won cod roe baguette tastes like

In photos, the Dance Dance Dance cod roe baguette doesn't look like it has much cod roe, but it's actually stuffed so full it spills out a bit as you eat. Let's start the review with this one.

This is a real gem,, seriously, the photo doesn't do the cod roe amount justice but it's stuffed enough to spill out while eating. Sweet-salty and savory all at once, going crazy over it. Daejeon's Sungsimdang is famous for its cod roe baguette — I've had it many times — but no comparison, Dance Dance Dance's cod roe baguette wins hands down. Full of natural cod roe flavor with a hint of sweetness, so delicious!! Way beyond expectations.

Jambon beurre jalapeño sandwich, 11,900 won

The jambon beurre jalapeño sandwich is packed with handmade jambon beurre ham, but it's not salty or greasy at all. I packed this one to go and ate it as a wine snack that evening.

It's got that Instagram-worthy packaging, so I doubted it would taste as good as it looked — I need to be scolded for that.

I'd recommend Dance Dance Dance to anyone looking for a good brunch spot near Seoul Station, anyone grabbing a sandwich to go before catching the KTX, or anyone hunting for a new hot spot at Grand Central! The ciabatta is delicious too, but a truly good baguette sandwich shop is genuinely rare — crispy, chewy, savory baguette sandwiches here are so good.
