Dance Dance Dance, my favorite sandwich spot at Seoul Station. I've been here a few times before on my own dime, and it was so good that I took a half-day off to come with my husband too. Going together meant we could taste a couple of different sandwich flavors, which made it even better!

Inside Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station: spacious outside the lunch peak
The inside of Dance Dance Dance, my go-to sandwich spot at Seoul Station, is very, very spacious. We went avoiding the lunch peak hours, so we got to eat in total comfort!

What we ordered: plain baguette sandwich and corn tofu cream cheese
Here's the menu. I went for the corn tofu cream cheese baguette, a summer season item 🌽 My husband said plain is the fundamentals and picked the plain baguette sandwich. He said his brain wasn't awake yet since it was morning, so I ordered him an iced Americano too ☕️☕️

Can you swap the baguette for ciabatta at Dance Dance Dance?
The scones and chocolate baguette looked delicious too. There's also a new pollack roe baguette that wasn't around before, so we decided to come back and try that another time 〰️ Baguette is the default bread, but you can swap it for ciabatta. So I had my corn cream cheese baguette swapped to ciabatta.

Our baguette-and-ciabatta brunch arrived looking delicious. They said the iced Americano tastes good too. It's on the lighter side though, so if you like a strong brew, keep that in mind 🙂🙂

How the plain baguette sandwich tasted
The plain baguette sandwich was a clean, straightforward combination where you could really taste the ingredients themselves. The baguette was crispy outside and chewy inside, packed with salty savory ham, soft cheese, and crisp fresh lettuce — every bite was really good 🥖

In particular, the plain flavor of the baguette cleanly balanced the salty, savory ham and cheese, so it never felt heavy, and the lettuce added freshness throughout so I could eat it all without feeling weighed down. No overpowering sauces or excessive fillings — a sandwich that nails the basics, which is exactly why I liked it 🙂 And the baguette was softer than I expected, so no risk of scraping your mouth — eat with confidence 😆😆

Corn tofu cream cheese on ciabatta: quietly addictive
The corn tofu cream cheese ciabatta was a menu item I was curious about just from the name, and it turned out to be oddly addictive 😆 Chewy yet mild ciabatta packed generously with soft tofu cream cheese — lighter and easier to enjoy than regular cream cheese! Being tofu cream cheese also made me worry less about calories, haha (well then don't eat sandwiches 😅)

Above all, the tofu cream cheese's nutty, mild flavor came with a subtle sweetness that made it much tastier than I expected, and the corn scattered throughout added a popping texture, which was great for a corn lover like me. The combination of chewy ciabatta, soft cream cheese, and popping corn gets my full praise 🫶🏻

Eating the packed leftover half at home, unheated
Even one is enough to fill you up, so I packed the leftover half to take home. Maybe because it was the same day, I didn't even need to run the air fryer — it tasted just as good as eating it in the store.
