Seongsu T Coffee
A quiet café discovered in Seongsu

Where is T Coffee, the quiet Seongsu café?
Every time I visit Seongsu-dong, new shops and pop-ups have appeared, which makes exploring fun — but with so many people around, finding a café to comfortably rest in isn't easy.
T Coffee, which I visited this time, sits slightly off the busy street, making it a relatively quiet Seongsu café where I could stay at ease.
It's located in the basement of a building, and you reach it by walking past Pizza Slice, which is on the same floor, and heading further inside. At first I worried a basement café might feel dark, but sunlight poured in through a large window, and with green plants visible too, there was no stuffy feeling at all.
T Coffee's location near Seongsu Station
It's within easy walking distance of Seongsu Station, but there's no dedicated parking, so public transit is more convenient. Check Naver Map for exact hours before visiting.
Inside T Coffee: a clean, stylish basement space
Inside, T Coffee's brick flooring, wood furniture, and stainless steel coffee bar blend together for a clean yet sophisticated atmosphere.
In the center is a large wood table good for sitting together with several people, and to one side a red table and bench add a point of color. There's also a window seat good for sitting alone. The seating is fairly spaced out and the mood calm, making it good for conversation or reading.

This would suit anyone looking for a Seongsu café good for laptop work, or a quiet Seongsu café to comfortably stay alone in.
T Coffee's coffee and dessert menu and prices

The coffee menu includes americano, cold brew, latte, flat white, vanilla latte, and almond latte. There's also matcha latte, chocolate, and various teas, so those who don't drink coffee have good options too.

The display case had biscuits, sand cookies, pistachio cream choux, cheesecake, and other desserts good for pairing with coffee.

The choux filled generously with pistachio cream looked especially delicious — next time I'd like to order a dessert alongside my coffee.

Vanilla cold brew latte and hot almond latte, 7,000 won each

The drinks I ordered that day were a vanilla cold brew latte and a warm almond latte, both priced at ₩7,000.

The vanilla cold brew latte looked great from the start, with milk and coffee forming distinct layers. Once stirred well, the clean cold brew flavor and the subtle sweetness of vanilla blended naturally. It wasn't overly sweet or heavy, making it easy to drink without any burden.

The almond latte had a nuttier flavor than a regular latte. Its warm, smooth texture combined with the clean nutty taste to suit the café's calm atmosphere well.

Is T Coffee in Seongsu worth a second visit?
T Coffee is underground, but natural light comes in well, and the space where wood and stainless steel blend together felt stylish too. Above all, I liked being able to drink coffee while briefly escaping Seongsu's bustling atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet Seongsu café for calm conversation, or to read or work alone, give it a visit.
Next time, I'd like to try the pistachio cream choux alongside my coffee.
