I got a session with this wonderful machine that basically exercises you and slims you while you just lie there. So here's my honest review of Aeri Seomyeon Waxing Esthetics, a Seomyeon esthetics spot with great slimming results — let's get into it.

Aeri Seomyeon Waxing Esthetics is on the 5th floor of the PK Building near Exit 6 of Seomyeon Station. The place is known for quantum wave care, small-face treatments, contour care, facial care, body care, wedding care, problem-skin care, and skin planning. There's no parking support, so if you're driving, please use a nearby paid parking lot.

The care I got today is called TNT care — a non-invasive treatment offering both muscle therapy and body slimming by forcing muscle contractions, which helps with body slimming and muscle therapy. It's a body machine that gives you exercise + slimming effects while you just lie down comfortably!

Before the care, I filled out a short chart and had a consultation. They said it's hard to see dramatic results from just one session, but going twice a week consistently noticeably reduces fat.

Inside the treatment room: how the 30 minutes felt

The treatment room at this Seomyeon esthetics studio was clean, and the TNT machine for today's care was already set up. You just lie down, attach the pads to your abdomen, and after about 30 minutes you get a burst of exercise + slimming effects.

So you won't get bored during the session — there's a StandbyMe screen beside you where you can watch OTT shows.

So to tell you how this lie-down diet machine, TNT, actually feels: it's a constant pulling sensation in the belly the whole time, similar to doing sit-ups. At first I thought it was a little painful, but once I thought about the belly fat melting away, it actually started to feel refreshing.
