Baedagol Bakery House basics and the bread discount
Baedagol Bakery House is located at 123 Hoguk-ro 1121beon-gil, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is open daily from 10 am to 9 pm.

Melon season menus like melon bingsu (shaved ice) and melon drinks ran through September 18th, and from the 18th onward it switches to sweet potato and roasted chestnut latte season, so there'll be something new to try 😆
Is parking easy at Baedagol Bakery House?
There are three parking lots — 1, 2, and 3 — so you don't have to worry too much about finding a spot. Though if lot 2 is already full, there's a good chance the café inside is packed too… 😂
The European-style garden outside Baedagol Bakery House
Baedagol Bakery House is the Goyang café that comes to mind first for its European-style interior and pretty garden. It's a Care Kids Zone so children can enter, but pets aren't allowed indoors, and no outside food is allowed except baby food.
The garden at the front of the café building was really well kept. In weather this breezy and warm, relaxing at an outdoor terrace café like this makes me so happy 😊
1st floor or the 2nd-floor attic loft: which seat is better?
The inside of Baedagol Bakery House has two floors. This is the 1st floor — white tones with wood-colored furniture give it a warm overall feel. That said, the 1st floor echoes a bit, so pick your seat carefully haha.
The 2nd floor has wide, open seating plus about three attic-loft-like spaces like in the right photo. Good light and a private feel make this my favorite spot at Baedagol Bakery House ✨
There's also a terrace on the 2nd floor, handy when there's no seat you like inside.
One great thing about Baedagol Bakery House is the clean, tidy restroom inside the café 😉 The women's restroom has two stalls, and one has a space to lay a baby down, so it seems like a good café to visit with kids too.

As a bakery café, Baedagol Bakery House truly has a wide range of breads. A lot of cafés just leave their baked goods out in the open, but here they're kept in a glass case with an automatic door, which makes them feel more trustworthy to eat 👍 Bakery prices mostly stay under ₩10,000 — salt bread from ₩3,000, pandoro ₩6,000, blueberry tart ₩7,000, chestnut bread ₩8,000, and more.
Next to the bread case there are plates, forks, spoons, and knives — grab them after ordering! Across from it there's also plastic wrap for individual packaging, so you can self-wrap and take home any leftover bread.

At the 1st-floor seat we started at, a sign said one menu item per person, but we were told one drink per person isn't strictly required, so we ordered one Americano with several breads.
When we went up to the 2nd floor, my favorite seat was open, so we moved there haha. From the left front: walnut mocha, olive ciabatta, salt bread, and ink crumble.
The salt bread had a well-formed butter cave and just the right saltiness — a textbook salt bread. The walnut mocha had a nice sweet coffee aroma. The ink crumble had cheese inside, and the outside was literally "crumble" texture — crispy, so watch the roof of your mouth lol. The olive ciabatta could've used a bit more olive.
Overall the vibe was nice, the coffee was good, and there's a wide bakery menu — if you're looking for a terrace café in this autumn weather, this Goyang café, Baedagol Bakery House, comes highly recommended 👍
