Two Find Peter is a famous Italian restaurant chain known for lovely atmosphere and interiors, plus food quality you can count on! This was my first visit to Two Find Peter in Beomgye, so I’ll honestly share what the Beomgye Branch was like 🤍

Two Find Peter is on the fifth floor of the building that houses Kkwakchan Jokbal or Yeokjeon Halmeoni Maekju! There was an orange Two Find Peter standing sign at the first-floor entrance, so it was easy to find!!

Window Seats and Inner Seating With Different Moods

The window side gets relatively more light and has pretty round lights above each table, creating a bright mood. Inside, the floor is black and the lighting is soft, so it felt a little elegant!

• If you like a bright atmosphere: choose a window table
• If you prefer a darker atmosphere: choose an inner table

It’s the same restaurant, but the mood changes quite a lot depending on where you sit, so I really agonized over where to sit!!

A Menu From Pasta to Steak

The main dishes include salads, gnocchi, pasta, risotto, pilaf, pizza, and steak! With such a wide menu, I thought there would be no way to make a bad menu choice no matter who you came with.

🥩 For steak, the menu lets you order by doneness—rare (R), medium rare (MR), medium (M), medium well (MW), or well done (W). Seeing that made me feel it was a very kind and thoughtful restaurant ☺️

They even run a review event like this, so keep it in mind if you visit later~!!

When you order food, they bring water, pickles, bread, oil and balsamic, and individual tableware—and everything arrives beautifully arranged haha. Dipping the bread in balsamic oil really whetted my appetite before the proper food came out haha.

Juicy Sous-Vide Pork Shoulder

The first dish we ordered was sous-vide pork shoulder! True to the name “sous-vide,” it was incredibly tender and juicy 🤍 (I turned into Giyeong with every bite.) The fries served on the side were also wonderfully crisp—a real treat 👍🏻👍🏻 It came with sauce, wasabi, and salt, so I never got tired of the meat.

Aglio e Olio With Sauce Soaked Into the Noodles

Second was the aglio e olio! At places with bad aglio e olio, the pasta and oil sit separately and it often tastes bland, but Two Find Peter’s was so good because the sauce had soaked right into the noodles 👍🏻 I think the clams were cleaned really well, too. I ate every clam and didn’t bite into a single grain of sand!!

Tomato Seafood Risotto Loaded With Big Shrimp

Lastly, the tomato seafood risotto. Everyone, you have to order this one‼️‼️ Usually dishes labeled seafood come with two or three little shrimp and some mussels 😡 The shrimp are hidden under the rice so you can’t see them well, but this one had almost six or seven very large shrimp 😍😍😍😍😍 (Enough for one shrimp per spoonful of rice.)

Aglio e olio, tomato risotto, and pork shoulder pilaf: the best combination 👍🏻👍🏻 Before I knew Two Find Peter, I had a lot of bad memories of Italian chain restaurants, so I avoided them^^ But Two Find Peter feels like a reliable Italian restaurant with nothing lacking, from the interior to the food.

Wide Table Spacing and Seating for Groups

Another thing I liked was the very wide spacing between tables, which made the whole restaurant comfortable and meant you could barely hear conversations at neighboring tables. The restaurant is also large with lots of tables, enough for groups, so I thought it would be great for a group gathering too ☺️

If you’re looking for great pasta and a great atmosphere when you’re in Beomgye, I recommend Two Find Peter. It definitely earns its reputation as a Beomgye pasta spot 👍🏻👍🏻
