My husband and I were trying to figure out what to eat on a weekday lunch... and suddenly craved a handmade burger, so we headed to Daily Fix Seoul National University Entrance. We were sooo~~~~ satisfied that I had to write this review.
What are the interior and seats like at Daily Fix?
Daily Fix Seoul National University Entrance has a upscale feel right from the entrance — a real gem near Seoul National University Entrance Station. The floor-to-ceiling windows were wide open, letting a breeze drift in even on a weekday lunch.

The fall weather has been so nice lately, right!? The window happened to be wide open, so cool air kept flowing in — it made for a really pleasant visit.

The interior was a warm yellow-on-yellow tone, and I really liked how spacious the table spacing was! The layout was well thought out so you don't feel bothered by the table next to you. (Important... if the layout's cramped, I just won't go back...)

When we visited, there were families eating too, and maybe thanks to the interior, everyone looked comfortable.
Ordering by kiosk and watching the Daily Fix kitchen
Daily Fix Seoul National University Entrance uses kiosk ordering, and the screen interface is intuitive and clean.

While waiting after ordering, I sneaked a peek into the kitchen! (Spying, haha.) The staff's hands moved so fast — total pro energy... Watching them grill the handmade Korean beef patties on the griddle and drape cheese right over them, I totally got why this place has won awards.

What two people ordered at Daily Fix and what it cost
- Classic burger ₩11,400
- Bacon cheese burger ₩12,900
- Chili cheese fries ₩9,900
- Zero cola ₩2,900

Nice touch — they brought the cola out first.
Chili cheese fries, 9,900 won
The chili cheese fries came out shortly after! It's exactly the delicious flavor you'd picture in your head.

I love cheese and my husband loves spicy-salty chili, so we both just silently kept picking at it (because it was that good).

And then, the burger we'd been waiting for showed up!

My husband's classic burger — the vegetables were really fresh and the Korean beef patty had a deep, rich meaty aroma.

I cut into it with a knife and the cross-section came out so clean, it completely erased my prejudice that handmade burgers are a hassle to eat!

I picked the bacon cheese burger since I heard Kang Min-kyung raved about it, so I had to try it!

After tasting it, I understood why it's so popular :) The bacon wasn't thin like store-bought kind — it was surprisingly thick, and it turns out they make even the bacon in-house!!!

The grilled onions cut through what could easily be greasy richness, and the thick bacon works so well together with the Korean beef patty.

Why Daily Fix is worth the trip near Gwanak-gu Office
Usually when I go to a handmade burger place, I'm sometimes let down when they've just assembled store-bought patties or ingredients... (I mean, I could do that too, ha...) But at Daily Fix Seoul National University Entrance, everything from the patty to the bacon is truly 'handmade,' and I completely understood why it's so popular.

My husband kept diligently cutting his with a knife all the way through, while I just cut mine in half and picked it up with my hands. Haha.

In photos it looks like a pretty heavy, fattening meal, but I'm technically on a diet, you know! I told myself eating happily doesn't count as gaining weight... and finished it all off happily. (Okay, I know full well it's the most fattening thing ever...) If you're near Seoul National University Entrance Station looking for a handmade burger spot, go to Daily Fix!
