Pocheon baby-friendly restaurant: beef tomato pasta at Eoneu Dal
In short
Eoneu Dal is a pasta and risotto restaurant in a standalone building at 54 Jeongmun-dong-gil in Pocheon, Gyeonggi. On a first outing after childbirth with two babies, the meal was beef tomato pasta (₩20,000), mushroom pilaf (₩18,000) and chicken risotto (₩20,000), and Eoneu Dal had high chairs plus kids' cups, forks, spoons and scissors. Arriving at 12:39 on a Sunday meant waiting until 13:40 to be seated, but all three dishes delivered, and the beef tomato pasta alone is reason to return.

My first outing in a while since giving birth! I went to "Eoneu Dal" restaurant in Pocheon. I wanted to eat something good and get some fresh air, so off we went! Turns out they have all kinds of dishes, from pasta and beyond! Highly recommend as a place to eat out with kids! A Pocheon must-visit.

Oh, this place was even selected as one of Pocheon's official "Taste and Style" restaurants! I thought it was just a place with a lot of reviews, but seeing an actual certification like this made me even more excited! It's designated from June 2025 to July 2027, so it might be worth keeping in mind when looking for good food in Pocheon!

Since there was a wait, we waited in the car, but the restaurant also had a separate waiting area with chairs inside. Somi wasn't going to sit still, so we ended up waiting outside anyway haha 😅
Inside Eoneu Dal: a roomy standalone building with curtained hidden seats
Since Eoneu Dal is a standalone building, the restaurant is really spacious, with everything from a big group table to the right of the entrance to hidden tables tucked behind partitions. There are spots decorated with flowers and plants scattered throughout, giving it a clean yet emotionally warm atmosphere.

There were spots decorated with flowers and plants scattered around the restaurant, which was fun to look at — the interior was really well done! Especially the yellow flowers, which somehow felt like the ones from Somi's first birthday party..💛 Overall, a clean but subtly emotional vibe!

There were also "hidden spots" throughout the restaurant. There was a big group table to the right of the entrance, and going further inside, there were table spaces tucked behind partitions here and there! And since the restaurant is a "standalone building," being really spacious is a big plus!

Visiting with babies: high chairs, kids' cutlery and scissors at Eoneu Dal
Eoneu Dal has plenty of baby chairs stocked throughout the restaurant, and kids' cups, forks, spoons, plus scissors are all provided together. Since we always go out with our kids, the first thing we check is whether they have a "baby chair"! If not, we usually don't go 😅

Ordering is done via QR code! Once you scan it, menu photos and prices show up, so it seemed like even older folks could order easily.

After ordering, Somi, Taeo, my husband and I all waited together cozily 🤍 Luckily Taeo slept through the whole meal (what a good boy), but Somi was a whole ruckus.. it was tough haha ㅋㅋ

They even have kids' tableware ready! Along with cups, forks, and spoons, scissors came with it too, which made it easy to cut up food haha. With both a baby chair and tableware provided, it was great that there was less to pack when bringing the kids along!

Eoneu Dal's pre-meal bread was good from the first bite
Before the food came out, pre-meal bread appeared first! I handed Somi a piece and she suddenly went quiet ㅋㅋㅋㅋ But this pre-meal bread was actually way tastier than expected! Warm and soft with a nutty flavor too, it disappeared in no time.. We were already enjoying the pre-meal bread before the main dishes even arrived 🤍

Beef tomato pasta, mushroom pilaf and chicken risotto: ₩63,000 for three
At Eoneu Dal we ordered beef tomato pasta ₩20,000, mushroom pilaf ₩18,000, chicken risotto ₩20,000, and a zero sugar cider ₩3,000, for a total of ₩63,000. Each dish was around ₩20,000, so it wasn't a heavy burden.
- Beef tomato pasta ₩20,000
- Mushroom pilaf ₩18,000
- Chicken risotto ₩20,000
- Zero sugar cider ₩3,000
- Total ₩63,000

The visuals were amazing.... We ordered these three dishes, and since each was around ₩20,000, it wasn't a burden at all. And all three were genuinely delicious, but I especially loved the beef tomato pasta, totally my type 🩷 My husband said the mushroom pilaf was the best! ㅋㅋ
The "beef tomato pasta" was rolled up so prettily. There was plenty of sauce, so coating the noodles thickly made it truly amazing.. 😭 If I had to pick just one of the three to eat again, this would be it without a doubt!!

Somi seemed to enjoy it too, eating so neatly 🩷 She had some pre-meal bread and we gave her some rice and meat, and she ate better than expected. Since there are dishes kids can enjoy too, it's a great spot for a family meal out! A Pocheon must-visit!
A place with a pretty atmosphere, reasonable prices, and delicious food on top of it all! Especially the beef tomato pasta — a Pocheon must-visit I want to go back for. Pocheon's Eoneu Dal 🤍
