I was craving a handmade burger in Suwon today, so I went solo to 666 Burger Main Branch (666버거 본점)!

Where is 666 Burger Main Branch, and where do you park?

666 Burger Main Branch is on Maeyeong-ro in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, and you can park at Baekja Apartment right behind the store. The red exterior with a big 666 BURGER sign catches your eye from far away! There's a menu board near the entrance too, so you can decide what burger to get before you even go in.

Inside 666 Burger Main Branch: is it comfortable for eating alone?

Walking into 666 Burger Main Branch, the red-and-white color scheme really gives it that classic burger-joint feel! The interior was more spacious than I expected, with tables set comfortably apart, so it was easy to eat at ease.

Solo dining is totally doable here without any awkwardness.

On one side there's ketchup, mustard, cups and so on, and a separate drink fridge too!

Choosing the Garlic Boom from the 666 Burger menu

Looking at the 666 Burger Main Branch menu board, there were so many burger options I had to think for a while... I went back and forth between the Mushroom Burger and the Garlic Boom Burger, and ended up ordering the Garlic Boom burger set with a hash brown added 🤍

The food finally arrived! The Garlic Boom set comes with a burger, fries, and a drink, and adding the hash brown on top made it more filling than I expected. The burger was piled with vegetables too, so it looked great from the start haha

Are the fries and hash brown at 666 Burger freshly fried?

Before digging into the burger, I ate the fries and hash brown first while they were still hot — fried food is always best fresh out of the fryer!

The fries were slightly crispy outside and fluffy inside, perfect for dipping in ketchup! The hash brown I added was also golden brown and crispy on the outside — glad I added it as a side.

How does the Garlic Boom burger taste?

Now for the main event — the Garlic Boom burger! Even in photos you can tell the lettuce is seriously generous haha. Between the buns are patty, cheese, jalapeños, and vegetables all packed in, plus garlic flakes on top — living up to its name, this thing is a full garlic boom!

Taking a bite, the meaty flavor of the patty combined with a strong garlic punch made it taste richer than a typical handmade burger. Especially since there's so much vegetable in there, it keeps the heavy patty-and-sauce flavor from feeling too much haha

Cutting it in half shows the inside even better! A thick patty layered with cheese, onion, lettuce, and sauce — it looks packed just from the photo. The patty was juicy with a good meaty bite, and combined with the garlic sauce, it's salty, savory, and full of garlic aroma.

The burger itself was packed full, and with the sides together, the Garlic Boom set at 666 Burger Main Branch was more filling than I expected!

For someone like me who loves a burger with a strong garlic flavor, the Garlic Boom really hit the spot, and I'd definitely recommend adding the hash brown too!~!~!
