Nanchuk Matdon black pork, one 600g plate

Raw Nanchuk Matdon, one plate, 600g

Nanchuk Matdon is Pork80's signature menu item! It's a special pork made by crossbreeding Jeju's native black pig with the Landrace breed, apparently.

Mmm~ the first bite was so savory with juice, it was on a whole different level from regular pork — deep and rich.

The intense flavor of the native black pig combined with the tender texture of the Landrace, and the more you chewed, the more savory it got.

My son kept saying "Mom, this is really good" over and over, and honestly that said it all haha 😄 The 600g portion was also just right for the three of us!

Jeju marinated pork ribs, 300g

The Jeju pork marinated ribs, 300g, are marinated in a house-made sauce — the rich flavor is outstanding 🥩

The marinade wasn't overpowering but had real depth, so even my kid ate it well. You could taste in one bite that this was Jeju pork marinated by hand.

It was fun going back and forth between this and the Nanchuk Matdon, comparing the two flavors!

Horned turban shell seafood stew, 10,000 won

Wait, this is only ₩10,000? The stew was packed with seafood, and the broth was rich and refreshing with a deep seafood flavor still intact.

Eating meat, then taking a sip of that broth to clean your palate, then wanting to go back to the meat again... that cycle. It was almost hard to believe it only cost ₩10,000!
