Seoul Station sandwich restaurant, tuna jalapeño: Dance Dance Dance
In short
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a sandwich restaurant on B3 of Grand Central near Seoul Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. After a CHA Hospital appointment, I returned for a tuna jalapeño baguette and corn tofu cream cheese ciabatta; the crackly baguette was especially memorable. Verdict: a satisfying quick meal before or after the KTX.

The day I went to CHA Hospital near Seoul Station, I was hungry after my appointment and started looking for somewhere quick to eat. The place that came to mind while searching for a good sandwich near Seoul Station was Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station. I had sandwiches here on my previous visit too, and I came back because there are so many choices and, above all, the baguette was really delicious.
On B3 of Grand Central near Seoul Station

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is on B3 of Grand Central. It is close to Seoul Station, so it is easy to get to, and being inside the Grand Central building made it easy to find as well.
It is in a great spot for a quick meal at Seoul Station or for a sandwich before or after taking the KTX. Since it opens from the morning, it is also nice for a quick bite before work, lunch, or an afternoon snack.
An open, spacious interior with seating
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is on B3, but both sides of the shop are open, so it does not feel cramped and has a clean atmosphere.

There is a good amount of seating, making it a nice setting for a simple meal with a sandwich and coffee.

At lunchtime, you may need to share the round tables, but overall it felt relaxed, and I saw plenty of people using laptops or working.
Baguette and ciabatta sandwich menu

The menu at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station includes a wide range of sandwiches, with baguette sandwiches as the signature. There are combinations of different breads and fillings, including baguettes and ciabatta, so it is easy to choose according to your taste.

The menu changes with the seasons too, which is another reason to keep coming back. And they even had the currently popular fig pistachio baguette! You can order coffee and other drinks with your sandwich, so it works well for a light meal or snack.
Ordering tuna jalapeño and corn tofu cream cheese

- Tuna jalapeño sandwich
- Corn tofu cream cheese sandwich
- Iced Americano

I am a fan of corn, so the corn tofu cream cheese looked especially delicious and I ordered it. I chose a baguette for the tuna jalapeño, and changed the corn tofu cream cheese sandwich to ciabatta.

Crackly-crisp tuna jalapeño baguette
The baguette on the tuna jalapeño sandwich was really delicious too. The outside was crisp enough to crackle when I bit into it, and it went so well with the soft tuna inside.

The jalapeño adds a spicy kick that neatly cuts through the richness the tuna could otherwise have. The combination of crisp baguette and soft filling was great too.

Sweet corn tofu cream cheese, like dessert
The corn tofu cream cheese sandwich has corn kernels in it, so the little pops of texture in every bite were fun.

The cream cheese has a sweet flavor, so this felt more like a dessert than a sandwich. If you like corn, you will probably enjoy it.

Changing it to ciabatta meant the bread itself was soft and tasty. Still, personally, I think the baguette is simply the best choice at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station. Haha.

With a cold iced Americano alongside it, it was a great way to fill my hungry stomach.
A satisfying return visit for Seoul Station sandwiches

I came here hungry after visiting CHA Hospital near Seoul Station, and since I remembered enjoying it so much before, I returned—and this visit was satisfying too. There are many sandwich options, and the baguette is especially, seriously good!

If you are looking for somewhere to have a quick meal at Seoul Station, or if you love crisp baguette sandwiches, I recommend visiting Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station.
