In the consultation room, they measure your scalp first before proceeding. They seem to tailor the care to each person's scalp. Both the consultation room and the treatment room were really clean. The manager who consulted me explained everything carefully and was very kind.

After shampooing with a few different products, they used a professional scalp circulation device to promote circulation while I relaxed. Just lying there listening to the water sounds was pure healing. It felt so refreshing — since I tend to wash my hair pretty quickly at home, my scalp rarely gets proper care, so having this done every once in a while is really great.

🤎🧡💛 The specialist washed my hair and gave me a scalp massage too, which was a little tight/throbbing at first but ended up feeling truly refreshing. They massaged my head and the sides of my neck as well, which felt amazing. Totally satisfied~!

They even placed a warm eye mask on me, which made it feel like a total healing session. My oil-water balance seemed off — my crown was oily while my hair ends were dry — but the deep moisture and nutrients they supplied, plus the steam on top, made it feel like everything was being absorbed straight into my scalp!
