Ocean-view pasta in Pohang: Plan A Restaurant
Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant on the fourth floor of a building directly opposite Songdo Beach in Pohang. I visited with my child and ordered truffle aglio e olio, mushroom basil pesto cream risotto, chicken salad, and green grape ade. Even from a seat set back from the sea, the view was broad, and the portions were generous.
