Seongnam Italian dinner with mushroom cream risotto: Andover
Andover is an Italian restaurant in Baekhyeon Village Café Street, Seongnam, Gyeonggi. My mom and I shared flounder steak, mushroom cream risotto, and shrimp bisque pasta, and all three were delicious. Verdict: a flower-filled spot worth returning to for dinner.
