The parking lot was full, but the turnover seemed high. After waiting a bit, a few cars left and I was able to park quickly.

The atmosphere inside

The moment I opened the door and stepped in, what I felt was coziness. White tones blended with soft wood interiors for an overall comfortable feel.

There was none of that stuffy chemical smell hair salons often have, and the inside was much bigger than it looked from outside. The lovely phrases inscribed here and there were also impressive.

How I chose a color for patchy hair

Before the treatment really got going, she carefully applied and let a protectant absorb into my scalp so it wouldn't sting or turn red. She didn't miss a spot, covering all the way to my hairline and around my ears! Then she sectioned my hair and applied the dye really densely. There was no sharp chemical smell or stinging at all, which made it comfortable.

She checked carefully in between to make sure the color was coming out even without patches, and while I waited she brought me drinks and snacks, which I happily enjoyed 😊 The cookies were so good! Total cookie hotspot haha.

After some time passed, I moved to the shampoo room for a wash. She shampooed thoroughly to make sure no dye was left behind, and her fingertip pressure was strong enough to feel really refreshing without hurting, so my scalp fatigue just melted away. After a light dry, she finished it off neatly with a blow-dry.

From the consultation stage she listened closely to what my concerns were, and instead of a one-size-fits-all gray coverage, she found a trendy combination that also suited my hair's condition. Her hand movements were so delicate throughout that I could relax during the whole treatment.

The result was covered perfectly without a single patch, and my hair actually ended up glossier than before the color, so I feel good every time I look in the mirror!
