Ordering from the tablet at the table
Each table has its own ordering tablet, so you can comfortably browse the wide menu and complete your order easily — so smooth ❣️

Our order was set: 1++ hanwoo bosupsal, scotch egg, and an extra order of hanwoo bosupsal!

Choosing the clear mushroom broth
I always love the basic broth best, so clear mushroom 🩷 — and sure enough, it was exactly the flavor I like!

How did the 1++ hanwoo bosupsal and scotch egg taste?
The hanwoo bosupsal was genuinely tender and delicious as shabu-shabu meat, and since I'm careful about eating healthy, it was the best lunch menu. But I ordered the scotch egg just out of curiosity, and wow… it was seriously, ridiculously good!!!!

Shabu-shabu is a food I love because I can control my own eating pace, and being able to enjoy such a clean, cozy, premium meal like this means I can now trust and revisit Shabu In Seoul anytime!

Perfect for slowly enjoying a delicious meal with people you love :)
Meat choices and dipping sauces at Shabu In Seoul
With shabu-shabu, both the meat and vegetables can be eaten to your heart's content, exactly to your taste! Shabu In Seoul was especially satisfying because you can enjoy a wide range from black pork to prime Angus to 1++ hanwoo. The three sauces were also great since you can pick according to your preference.

Broth that deepens to the end, finished with rice porridge
As you eat shabu-shabu, the broth gets really delicious toward the end! As you keep cooking meat and vegetables in it, the flavors of the ingredients naturally blend into the broth, so it feels deeper and richer the further along you get. Even when your stomach is fairly full, you still find yourself wanting the finishing menu! I think what's great about shabu-shabu is that it's not just about the meat — you slowly enjoy everything from the vegetables to the broth all the way to the end.

This lovely lunch with my cousin was filled with such comfort and gratitude :) It really shows how important the meal setting is. Beyond the taste, the meat was sliced so beautifully that I couldn't put my camera down.

And of course, we finished with porridge ❣️ Such a hearty meal is such a big happiness.
Would I go back to Shabu In Seoul Apgujeong Rodeo?
The hanwoo bosupsal, thinly sliced and lightly cooked in the hot broth, was tender and clean-tasting, and the scotch egg had a soft-boiled egg inside that made it both visually striking and uniquely textured. I want to eat it again..!!!! This is a great place to revisit for warm shabu-shabu with friends or family in Apgujeong Rodeo. Above all, with so many menu options, I'd love to try different meats next time — 10000% would visit again.
Especially that perfect combo of the crispy fried outside and the incredibly soft egg inside the scotch egg. Pairing it with hanwoo bosupsal shabu-shabu was such a fun combination. It was such a delicious pairing that I'd highly recommend it as a menu item at Shabu In Seoul Apgujeong Rodeo.
