Eunpyeong ramen for three after a Bulgwangcheon walk: Oreno Ramen
In short
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a ramen restaurant on Bulgwangcheon-gil in Eunpyeong, Seoul. After a weekend walk along Bulgwangcheon stream, three of us ordered at the kiosk by taste — one tori paitan and two kara paitan — and the rich chicken broth, well-cooked egg and noodle refill all landed well. Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a good pick on a day when you want both the mild bowl and the spicy one at the same table.

Hey everyone, hope you had a great weekend!! The weather was so nice I went looking for somewhere to go out. I headed out wanting to walk along Bulgwangcheon stream and ended up finding a great restaurant.

It's not far from the station either, which was really nice~~ I found this place while walking along Bulgwangcheon^^ Let me introduce Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong, a great spot to visit whenever you're craving good ramen in Eunpyeong.

A bowl of ramen (noodle soup) can be a satisfying meal on its own, which I always love, but with rich broth, chewy noodles, and soft chashu added on top, it really feels like the perfect meal.

And on top of that~~ refills are available~~ that's so great!! A place where you can eat as much as you want^^ It's nice to be able to eat without any pressure^^
It's great to be able to eat with a view of Bulgwangcheon stream, and eating there felt really comfortable!!

There's a bar too~ so it's easy to dine solo!!

It's a great ramen restaurant to visit in Eunpyeong when you're craving something special, or want a hearty meal that's a bit different from your usual food.

Can you tell how rich the broth is just from the photo??? Broth flavor and noodle texture really matter with this dish. The appeal of the flavor changes depending on which menu item you pick, so there's fun in choosing according to your taste.

Tori paitan or kara paitan: which bowl should you pick?
The charm of Oreno Ramen is tori paitan and kara paitan. First, tori paitan is a menu item I'd recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the flavor of rich chicken broth.

If you like a soft, savory broth, this is a ramen worth keeping an eye on. The charm of ramen starts the moment you take that first spoonful of broth. Enjoying the rich broth together with the noodles really lets you feel the deep flavor unique to ramen.

What's that chewy brown topping that boosts the flavor of the noodles?

The rich flavor of the broth really elevates the ramen.

On the other hand, kara paitan is a menu item I'd recommend to anyone who likes spicy flavors. On a day when you're craving something hot and spicy, spicy ramen sounds even better, right? If you tend to prefer spicy food over mild ramen, I'd recommend kara paitan.

Tori paitan when you want the charm of rich chicken broth, kara paitan when you want spicy flavor!! Being able to choose according to your taste is another fun part of enjoying ramen, isn't it?? I actually like that the menu isn't too varied!! Easy to choose!! It's a spot that fits my taste exactly.

Pickles and kimchi: the side dishes at Oreno Ramen hit the spot
The pickles are tasty and the kimchi has just the right flavor^^

Three people, one mild bowl and two spicy
I prefer mild flavors, and the other two chose spicy.

We each ate according to our own taste, and everyone was really satisfied.

The egg was cooked so perfectly that it boosted the flavor of the ramen even more.
The egg was cooked just right, so it went down smoothly too!!

Skip the rice at the end and take the ramen noodle refill
The real kick of ramen is mixing rice into the leftover broth at the end, right??

Ramen refills are available too, and this is what they gave us^^ It really is enough for a hearty meal^^
