A Jamsil sandwich stop after tests at Asan Medical Center

I had an appointment for tests at Asan Medical Center and happened to find a restaurant I absolutely loved, so I want to tell you about it. I was tired and wanted something delicious before heading home, so I looked for a place nearby. It was just a quick direct bus ride away^^

This is Town Sandwich Jamsil Branch, a place I’ve already mentally bookmarked for the next time I go to Asan Medical Center. It was easy to find, so I could get there without wandering around. Quite a few Jamsil office workers were quietly stopping by too^^ While I was eating, there were people picking up takeout, delivery riders, and group customers... all sorts of visitors.

A comfortable space for solo meals and groups

The whole place was kept so neatly that it put me in a good mood as soon as I walked in. These days there are lots of people dining alone as well as in groups, and this place has a layout that works comfortably for both, with an atmosphere where anyone can relax. For someone like me eating alone especially, the biggest advantage was that it felt comfortable at both busy and quiet times, without having to feel self-conscious.

How I ordered the All-in-One Set

You order at the kiosk. As I looked through the menu, I chose the All-in-One Set, which bundles milk tea, apple jambon-beurre, and cream soup with a ₩2,000 discount.

Maybe because they stick to making everything right after you order, delicious smells drifted over while I waited. And when my food arrived, every single thing was tasty—I couldn’t help but be impressed, hahaha.

Apple jambon-beurre, cream soup, and milk tea together

Finally, my food came out. Ordering the set made it feel so generous, which I loved^^ I had skipped breakfast, waited around, and gone through my tests that day.... Somehow, it just made me happy.

Warm cream soup with bread

I started with the warm, silky cream soup, and its deep, rich flavor was excellent.

I loved the thoughtful touch of giving me bread separately to eat with the soup. Dipping the crisp bread into the savory soup and letting it soak up the flavor was an absolute work of art.

Personally, I like it thoroughly soaked, so I let the bread sit in there really well before eating it. The soft, gently sweet cream soup and bread together were simply amazing.

Milk tea was the perfect choice on a tiring day

And the sweet, smooth milk tea completely wiped away the fatigue that had built up from getting tested and waiting at the hospital. The sweetness was just right, and it felt like it gently melted away my tired body and mind. Honestly, I’m usually someone who orders an iced Americano everywhere without thinking, but I was so exhausted that I chose milk tea without even realizing it. Even after ordering, I debated a hundred times whether to change it back to an iced Americano.... It was the perfect choice^^

Apple jambon-beurre with an extra touch of sweetness

The main item, the apple jambon-beurre, had a touch of sweetness that made it much more balanced and appealing than a standard jambon-beurre. It was generously packed with ingredients, so every bite had a lovely, abundant texture and tasted truly delicious.

I asked for it to be cut into three pieces, and it came out so neatly cut and easy to eat. It would be convenient for a date or whenever you want to eat neatly, with no hassle at all. That thoughtful detail really stood out.

A filling meal after my tests

I was so happy to find a Jamsil sandwich restaurant that gets the taste, service, and comfortable atmosphere all right. The interior was clean and the staff were kind, so I felt well looked after the whole time. I’m already enthusiastically recommending it to people around me as a place I want to revisit whenever I go to Asan Medical Center. If you have a reason to visit near Jamsil, I hope you’ll enjoy a filling, happy meal with a set of fresh, tasty sandwiches, warm soup, and sweet milk tea. Finding such a delicious sandwich in Jamsil... it was such a lovely surprise.
