A pizza restaurant with outdoor-stall vibes by Seokchon Lake

Heeseon told me there was a pizza place on Songridan-gil where she’d eaten really, really well, and it happened to be the place I’d found too????? Goosebumps!!! My friend was even revisiting this pizza place! The weather was gorgeous too, so pizza and beer made me feel amazing!!

What are the exterior and outdoor seats like?

The interior design was so inventive, haha. It had a super-clean outdoor street-stall kind of feel!

I went on a Friday evening, so I couldn’t get an outdoor seat ㅠㅠ The outdoor area was already full at around 6 p.m. ㅠㅠ Such a shame. I guess it has already become famous as a Songridan-gil outdoor-seating gem... All the shops along here had outdoor seating!! I loved it so much.

There were seats indoors, so I got a table inside. They use Catchtable, so people who wanted outdoor seating were joining the waitlist, haha.

This was the outdoor-stall-like view from inside, and I had no idea Songridan-gil’s outdoor seating had such a great atmosphere. The weather has been cool lately, so it was perfect for a casual pizza and beer!

Indoor seating and such kind service

The inside of the restaurant was really clean. It seems like the owner takes amazing care of it!

They put tables together for groups, and the owner took such great care of us! We started at an indoor table, then they moved us when an outdoor table opened up—they were so kind, haha. They even said it was a shame that we hadn’t gotten to use the outdoor seating. I was so grateful for that thoughtfulness, haha.

As you’d expect from a pizza place known for its pizza, there were an incredible number of pizza boxes, haha. They do delivery too, so there were tons of orders!

What we ordered and the prices

Actually, I’d already gone somewhere with my friends for the first round, haha,,,,, (which is why we didn’t get a large pizza,,) We ordered the best-selling Face Off Pizza (R) for ₩20,900, Pepperoni Tomato Pasta for ₩11,500, and three Cass draft beers at ₩5,900 each!!

How were the pizza and pasta?

The pizza was cooked once we ordered, so it took about 15 minutes. It came out piping hot—so good!!

Doesn’t it look perfect for pizza and beer on Songridan-gil, haha? The pizza and pasta looked absolutely drool-worthy.

The cheese pulled beautifully, haha. They also told us to stir the pasta so the cheese wouldn’t harden. The pasta was seriously ridiculously delicious too, haha.

The tomato sauce on the pizza was so good too??? It was a little spicy, and since I like spicy food, it was just right. I want to eat it again, haha. The dough was thin too!!! I was going to get a cheese crust but decided not to because Heeseon said it didn’t need one and was delicious without it, so we ordered it plain—and it was a huge success! It was pure chewiness, haha.

Were we really the people who had already had a first round...? We ate it all...

Why I want to return for pizza and beer by Seokchon Lake

I loved that there was a place on Songridan-gil where you could sit outdoors. Right now is exactly outdoor-seating weather, and pizza and beer out there would be seriously healing, haha. I loved it so much!!!! The pizza was so delicious and delightfully chewy and bouncy, and the seasoning was insanely good too. It was just insanely good, hahaha. Why was it so chewy?? I’m planning to go back for outdoor seating by Seokchon Lake. It was sooo tasty ❤️
