I'd been craving pizza and cold beer for a while, so on a weekday evening I headed to Raymond Isu Branch, a pizza place near Isu Station. The huge slice pizzas and characterful craft beers were fantastic — a real Isu Station favorite! Walking in, I found families and cozy dating couples packed in together, and I could immediately tell this was a neighborhood hotspot for everyone.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I finished my meal, the friendly service and the great-value, delicious pizza left me thoroughly satisfied.

Where is Raymond Isu Branch and how do you get there?
Raymond Isu Branch is a ground-floor spot you reach by walking past the Megabox building from Exit 7 of Isu Station. Village buses run nearby, and the storefront is decked out with American-style interior.

It was such a great-looking interior that it made me want to walk right in and try it.

The interior of Raymond Isu Branch has a clean, casual American vibe. Utensils and tissues are already set at each table, but wet wipes, pepper, and hot sauce are at the Self-Service Bar!

What two people ordered at Raymond Isu Branch, and the total
For two people, we ordered at Raymond Isu Branch: Big Bacon Hawaiian Pizza ₩7,900, Big Pepperoni Pizza ₩7,500, Big Brown Potato Pizza (Lotus) ₩8,900, Vienna Lager 1000ml ₩12,500, and Peanut Butter Porter Ale 1000ml ₩13,900.
The prices shown on the tablet when you actually visit were a bit cheaper than the menu photos on Naver.

Vienna Lager vs Peanut Butter Porter Ale: two 1000ml craft beers
We went straight for the 1-liter orders. From the left,
🍻 Peanut Butter Porter Ale / ABV: 5.9% / Awards: reportedly a 34-time winner at international beer competitions. The finish was incredibly clean and smooth! The aroma was sweet, the aftertaste clean. Coffee? Chocolate? Anyway, if you like a beer with character, you'll love this one. A distinctive beer... my friend really enjoyed it too.
🍺 Vienna Lager / ABV: 4.5% / Awards: reportedly a 28-time winner at international beer competitions. This is the one I ordered — I love lagers for how refreshing they are. The finish was super clean and smooth, and it paired perfectly with the pizza. The ABV was easy-going too, making it a great starter beer.
Finished it off nice and clean, down to the last drop.

The hot sauce is delicious, so make sure to grab some from the self-service bar.

How the Big Pepperoni and Big Bacon Hawaiian pizzas taste
The plates at Raymond Isu Branch are massive, you know? The slices are massive too, but since everything's big, it doesn't quite look as huge in photos...

Pepperoni
Hawaiian, for the pizza connoisseurs

A giant beer mug with a giant pizza

The cheese was rich and incredibly savory. I'm not usually a pizza person, but I went 'whoa, this is delicious!' and wanted to tell everyone about it.

I took this to show off the big beer mug on my Instagram story, but it doesn't look that huge here. In real life it's about the size of your face. Pizza — beer — delicious — should we order one more? Even while thinking about round two, I went ahead and ordered another one anyway! Debating between sausage and a different pizza flavor...
The limited-quantity Big Brown Potato (Lotus) pizza
What we ordered extra was Raymond Isu Branch's limited-quantity pizza! It's a potato pizza that comes sprinkled with Lotus (caramelized biscuit crumble).

It's a sweet, treat-like pizza. If Hawaiian is tangy-sweet, Brown Potato is more savory-salty but also sweet!! It felt like eating dessert. Delicious. It made me realize they have their own special menu items here.

Who is Raymond Isu Branch best for?
Other pizzas displayed in the showcase. Since the three flavors we tried — pepperoni, Hawaiian, and brown potato — were all winners, now I'm curious about the other flavors too!
A pizza spot near Isu Station that welcomes everyone from families to dates to friend groups, and nails the flavors every time. The staff were super friendly too, so there's plenty of reason to visit! Thanks for the meal.
