On the weekend, my boyfriend and I were walking around Seoul Forest in Seongsu and stopped by Billadeubeulleu Seongsu, a great-mood Seongsu restaurant 💕 Known for its cheese-waterfall lasagna, Billadeubeulleu has such a stylish interior that it's perfect for Seongsu dates, Seoul Forest brunch, friend gatherings, blind dates, wedding-invitation meetups, and other special occasions. Off we go to Billadeubeulleu 🤍
Where is Billadeubeulleu Seongsu, and where do you park?
Billadeubeulleu Seongsu is on the 1st floor of 46-10 Seoul Forest-2-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Sitting in a very nice triple-station spot near Seongsu, Seoul Forest, and Ttukseom stations, Billadeubeulleu Seongsu is a mood-filled pasta restaurant with a blue awning that makes you feel like you've traveled abroad, right here in Seoul.

The terrace seating by the entrance is the perfect mood for sitting down on a sunny day and enjoying delicious food and atmosphere. With a light breeze blowing too, it felt like a southern European resort right here 🩵

I thought the shell on the table was just pretty decoration, but when you flip it over there's a QR code, and you can scan it to order. That little detail was quietly fun.

The aligot cheese lasagna, made by mixing potato into the cheese for a thick, savory taste, is a must-order at Billadeubeulleu. It delights both the eyes and the mouth at once, and satisfaction was very high.
The layers of lasagna sheets are packed with ragu sauce, and the combination works really well together. The savory cheese and rich ragu sauce were a fantastic balance.
How does the abalone squid ink risotto taste?
The abalone squid ink risotto ended up being the best risotto of my boyfriend's and my life. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to call it the true star of Billadeubeulleu — the savory umami filled our mouths, and it got tastier with every chew. Please try it, seriously — the risotto of a lifetime 🩶
The combination of abalone with great texture and rich cream risotto was insane (positive). It's an unbelievably rich flavor with lots of layered taste too, so it's an absolute must-order.
Chewy abalone, the lively texture of the risotto, the umami of the squid ink, and the accent from the cheese and lemon zest — it was truly a richly flavored abalone squid ink risotto. Every single spoonful brought max happiness 🤍
