In short

37.5 Signature Mia Branch is a Western-style brunch and dinner restaurant in Seongbuk, Seoul, set inside the Gireum Lotte Castle Clasia commercial building behind a full glass-window front. On an evening date visit, the order was spicy ragu pasta at 19,900 won, ricotta salad pizza at 22,900 won and a blueberry ade at 6,500 won, and the tagliatelle in a beef-heavy ragu sauce and the pastry-dough pizza stood out. Looking for a good-vibe brunch spot near Mia Sageori Station? How about 37.5 Signature Mia Branch? I was searching for a Western food restaurant near Gireum Station close to home with my girlfriend and found this place with such a great atmosphere!

Even if it's not a special occasion, I highly recommend it if you want that date-night feeling, haha. It's right in front of a Lotte Castle apartment complex, so it's already well known among residents! Let me break down the menu and portion sizes in detail. Follow along!

Where is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, and what does the glass-window exterior look like?

37.5 Signature Mia Branch is inside the Gireum Lotte Castle Clasia commercial building, so even just the exterior already feels upscale, right? It has a flashy facade with a full glass window that lets you see straight into the interior.

It's entirely full-glass-window structure! (Wow...) That probably shows how confident the owner is. I loved how clearly you could see just how pretty the interior was thanks to the glass wall.

Also, take note of the business hours for 37.5 Signature Mia Branch! If you go after 7pm, the coffee machines start closing up, so if you want coffee, order before then!

What is the interior atmosphere like at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch?

The interior of 37.5 Signature Mia Branch has a European vibe. Walking in, it's even more surprising! The navy-toned counter, gold lighting, and marble tables were combined with such a sharp sense of color — (honestly, I'm jealous of owners with this kind of taste these days).

It felt like being in a hotel lounge, or maybe a sort of European-style art gallery — the sofas and chairs matched that kind of public-space feel really well.

Isn't this such a great spot for brunch, haha?

The view from the counter side was also spectacular — genuinely stylish, right? I heard 37.5 Signature is a franchise, and while I haven't been to other locations, I can only describe the Mia branch interior as fantastic...

There's even a display case next to the counter filled with various antique items, kind of like being in a museum — it felt so upscale that my girlfriend and I ended up taking quite a few photos, haha.

Seating options and baby chairs

The seating is varied too — 3-person tables, window sofa seats, group seating — so it seems great both for a date course and for family gatherings. Aprons and water are at the counter :)

There's a baby chair set up on one side, so visits with kids should work out well too, haha.

Menu, prices and how to order at the kiosk

Ordering at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch is done via kiosk, and since typing it all out felt like a hassle, I brought a video instead. If you want to see the menu prices or photos, check the video!

Here's what we ordered today! Lately we usually get three main dishes each, but I've been gaining too much weight so I cut it down to two, haha. Still couldn't resist the blueberry ade though!

There's also a receipt review event going on! Write a review and you get a free americano or soda :)

Blueberry ade, 6,500 won

Before the mains came out, our shared favorite blueberry ade arrived — a carbonated ade piled high with blueberries.

Honestly I usually don't expect much from ades at Western restaurants, but this one seemed to use fresh-blended blueberries because you could really taste the fruit! ㅇ0ㅇ

It was the best ade I've had so far. Totally worth the ₩6,500 — thumbs up, haha!

Spicy ragu pasta, 19,900 won: enough for two

Next came the spicy ragu pasta my girlfriend had been looking forward to! We usually go for rosé or cream pasta, but today felt like a tomato-heavy ragu pasta kind of day.

The flat tagliatelle noodles were piled with plenty of ragu sauce, and honestly the sauce was so good I wanted to mix rice into it, lol (am I the only one who wants to mix rice into a good sauce? Kinda embarrassing...)

There were big chunks of beef along with plenty of mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, and the portion was bigger than expected — plenty for two people! (Normally I'm the type who's disappointed splitting pasta between two.)

The sauce wasn't super spicy either, so it's mild enough for young kids to eat too.

Ricotta salad pizza, 22,900 won: the pastry dough is the highlight

Next up, the ricotta salad pizza! Honestly this is the pizza we order when we want to erase a bit of guilt, lol. Somehow ricotta salad pizza is still pizza, but it feels healthier, so we end up ordering it often, haha (is it just me?).

Ricotta salad pizza topped with arugula

It's a pizza topped generously with ricotta cheese, arugula, and roasted tomatoes — it's kind of amazing how well a salad works as a pizza, and it really suits it!

And today's kicker was the dough! It's a pastry dough, totally different from a regular pizza dough — crispy with a croissant-like bread texture that made it my top pick :)

The salad was so refreshing I think I'll order this again next time :) Check the video to see the layered pastry dough — watching it back makes me want to eat it again, drooling.

Is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch worth it for a date dinner?

I went in the evening, but this place seems just as good for brunch. Both the ragu pasta and the ricotta salad pizza were great choices for a brunch meal too. I want to go back again, haha.
