The hanok café "Hoyang Horim" in Yangnim-dong, Gwangju is a space where you can feel both the old-fashioned and modern atmosphere of a hanok (traditional Korean house) at once :) With its warm vibe and delicious desserts, it's a place I keep coming back to!

A clean space that blends beautifully with the hanok atmosphere. There's floor seating too, so it's a comfortable place to relax.

What desserts does Hoyang Horim serve?

The desserts are like this~~~ gaeseongjuak (sweet rice fritters), injeolmi waffle, Basque cheesecake, gotgamsando (dried persimmon sando), and candied walnuts

The cute round gaeseongjuak lined up in little rows come in lots of varieties too!

The Hoyang Horim roastery says every coffee drink is made from fresh beans roasted in-house! Can't leave without trying their signature drip coffee~~~!
