The shishito pepper dakbokkeum is well-seasoned and the sauce is so delicious that it goes great with a bowl of rice. I'd also recommend eating it with rice at the spot where you can borrow a griddle in the market plaza haha.

Bone-in vs boneless: how the domestic bone-in dakbokkeum tastes

This is the shishito pepper dakbokkeum (bone-in) at ₩25,000.

A signature dish that fully brings out the smoky flavor with chicken stir-fried over high heat and plenty of crisp shishito peppers.

I'd had the boneless version before, so this time I ordered bone-in! Bone-in seems to sell out often. That's probably because the bone-in chicken is domestic while the boneless is from Brazil :) The boneless version was clean with no gamey smell and tasted great, so I had high expectations for the bone-in too. Being domestic, the bone-in chicken felt fresher. The seasoning was spot on too. The extra ingredients soaked up the sauce nicely and worked well together. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.
