In short
Seowon Angil Hapjeong is a two-floor brunch café in the alley between Hapjeong Station and Seogyo-dong in Mapo, Seoul. On this visit the sunny window sofa seat on the second floor came with an iced Americano and the cucumber egg ranch sandwich, whose crisp cucumber slices and ranch sauce arrived with carrot rapée and a side salad for a light, easy brunch. Seowon Angil Hapjeong allows pets and spaces its tables widely, so it works for both a lunch break and a group get-together.

I ordered an iced Americano and the cucumber egg ranch sandwich. haha

I was in the mood for a fresh sandwich, and the look of it exceeded even what I'd hoped for...

The cucumber egg ranch sandwich had a great balance between the crisp bite of thin cucumber slices and the smooth ranch sauce. Paired with a nicely seasoned carrot slaw and salad on the side, it made for a healthy, easy-on-the-stomach brunch :)
