Apple pie and an 8-person table at Bakerist Brown, a Gangnam café

Hello~ I was at Gangnam Station with a friend and suddenly thought of this café I visited before !!! Great atmosphere, great bakery, a big café near Gangnam Station !!! Let's get into it

Where is Bakerist Brown and what are its hours?

Bakerist Brown is a café in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, using its basement floor through the 3rd floor. It's open daily from 11:00 to 22:30.

Bakerist Brown is closest to Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 6, and it's about midway to Gangnam Station too, so you can walk from either station !!!

Bakerist Brown sits in an alley~ it's a café with pretty red brick! There's a terrace downstairs too, and the store itself goes up to 3 floors, so it's on the larger side among cafés near Gangnam Station!

Doesn't the exterior alone just scream pretty?!?!? The entrance is stone steps too, so I think photos here would come out nice~

What bread and pastries does this Gangnam Station bakery have?

As soon as you walk into Bakerist Brown, the 1st floor display case is packed with baked goods. From basic bakes like madeleines, tarts, and kouign-amann to combos of delicious plus delicious !!

There's croissants and dirty choco bread too, and quite a variety of sausage bread and salt bread haha>< This place really is bread-lovers' heaven~

In the fridge there were cream-filled bakery items and cakes too !!! And there was Gangnam Sand, great for gifting, in different flavors haha

Salt cream coffee and drink prices at Bakerist Brown

I visited with a friend,,!! Since it's right in the middle of Gangnam, the drink prices were a little on the higher side haha. We ordered an americano and a signature salt cream coffee each !!!!

There's also a goods zone selling t-shirts, and an oven where you can warm up whatever bakery item you bought !!!

Bakerist Brown's tables are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the 2nd floor had more people. The chairs are comfortable and there are lots of tables, mostly 4-seaters, but up on the 3rd floor there's also a large table that seats about 8 !! Looked fine for a group of people~

Coffee and a bakery item like apple pie, plus a Gangnam Sand set that looked great for gifting! Just the colors alone were so pretty~~~

Most of the bakery items go well with coffee, and considering the quality and taste, the prices were pretty reasonable, so no real burden !!!

The colors were so pretty and the taste was great too, so it was nice to chat over a cup of coffee! I think this might be one of the top few bakery cafés near Gangnam Station in terms of both size and bread variety !!! haha

What does the salt cream coffee taste like?

The salt cream coffee felt like an einspänner, but the cream was super soft and there was a lot of it! On top of the sweet cream there's a slight salty touch added, which actually makes the sweetness even more intense !!! haha Goes well with the coffee too,,,haha I don't know how they came up with this combo

The Gangnam Sand set as a gift

Gangnam Sand is like a crunchy cookie? sandwich with soft cream inside! Not runny cream, but firm cream that's right for a sandwich cookie haha. There were lots of flavors so it was fun comparing them one by one ><

There's pretty packaging too so it looked good for gifting! Chocolate, matcha, strawberry, vanilla, cookies and cream, and more — you can buy them individually or as a set like this haha, so if you're curious, buying one or two to try seems like a good idea~~

Bakerist Brown, a bakery near Gangnam Station! Pretty atmosphere, spacious so you don't feel crowded, and both the coffee and bakery were delicious, so if you're looking for a café near Gangnam Station, big recommend
