I went for a delicious handmade burger near Gyodae Station~~ The place I visited was Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch!! I was looking for a good restaurant around Seocho or Gyodae Station and was craving a handmade burger. From burgers made with 100% Korean beef patties to sides and milkshakes, there was plenty to enjoy, so we had such a filling meal♪(^∇^*)
Getting to Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch from Gyodae Station and parking

You can get there in under 4 minutes from Gyodae Station Exit 9~ It is easy to find if you head toward Jangan Children's Park!! Parking is difficult on weekdays, so it is more convenient to use the Seocho-dong No. 1 Parking Lot or Seocho Hyundai Parking Lot, both public car parks nearby~~ On weekends, 2–3 cars can park in front of the restaurant, but the space is limited, so keep that in mind!!
Can you come for a solo lunch or an evening beer?
They are open daily from 11:00 to 22:00. It is a nice spot for office workers at lunchtime, and the atmosphere does not feel intimidating if you want to enjoy a burger alone, so it seemed really good for a solo meal or lunch around Gyodae too (≧∇≦)ノ
In the evening, the lighting becomes a little more atmospheric, making it great for a date or a casual beer!! It is also pet-friendly, so those looking for somewhere to dine out with their dog may want to note this haha. You can make a reservation on Naver too, so it would be nice to check before making plans 💗
Inside the restaurant: group seating and corkage too

A great place for dinner and a casual drink, with handmade burgers, fries, and cold draft beer🍺 They also offer corkage for outside alcohol for a fee~~ And having seats where a group can sit together is such a plus!!!
A burger and sides spread that had two of us stuffed

What we tried at Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch: the Bacon Cheeseburger, Patty Melt, Bacon Cheese Fries, and Oreo Milkshake! I want to recommend this combo because it is perfect for two people to eat until they are stuffed hahaha

Bacon cheese fries topped with sautéed onions and bacon
The Bacon Cheese Fries arrived as our side, haha. They are fries topped with sautéed onions, bacon, and cheese, and I liked that the sauce came separately~~
You can pour it over the fries or dip them in it, but I poured it on hahaha. Just looking at them, they seemed like they would pair so well with beer too 👍

The sweet Oreo milkshake was a perfect match too 🤎 The smooth milkshake had that signature Oreo sweetness, which made it so appealing!! You know it is super delicious to dip fries in it too, haha.

The crisp fries became so much more satisfying than plain fries with the gentle sweetness of sautéed onions and the salty savory flavor of bacon~~ Especially alongside the burgers, the fries held their own between all that rich meat and cheese—this combo was crazy good hahaha 😮

What does the rye toast patty melt taste like?
A new and slightly different menu item, the Patty Melt!!! I was so curious because I heard it was somewhere between a burger and a sandwich. It has a Korean beef patty and two slices of cheese between rye toast~~

Maybe because it uses rye toast, it felt a little cleaner and nuttier from the first bite!!! With a thick Korean beef patty and two slices of cheese, the meat and cheese flavors were amazing too, haha. The caramelized onions were so good as well (≧∀≦)ゞ

A menu item I would recommend to anyone who loves burgers but wants to try something a little different!!

Bacon cheeseburger with smoked bacon and a thick patty
The menu item I was most excited for was the Bacon Cheeseburger >< It combines house-made bacon that is smoked and grilled in-house with a thick patty made from 100% Korean beef, haha.

The patty is quite thick, so just looking at it gives you the feeling of a proper handmade burger, haha.

First you taste the patty’s juices and the nutty richness of cheese, then the smoky aroma of the house-made bacon comes through here and there!!! If you want a handmade burger where the patty flavor really shines, you definitely will not regret this one (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
