Wait, the Dance Dance Dance sandwich shop I've wanted to visit forever has a Seoul Station location too?!! I thought it only existed at the Hannam-dong branch!! What a surprise haha, and since it's close by, I finally got the chance to try it 🙊

Grand Central, basement level 3: getting there and parking

It's located inside the Grand Central building at Seoul Station! Since it's on B3, you have to go down quite a while. But the way down has high ceilings and only escalators, which gives it a dreamy kind of vibe lol. Parking is free for 1 hour! 🅿️

Once you reach B3, Dance Dance Dance greets you with its cute font. I really enjoyed reading Murakami Haruki's Dance Dance Dance, and I've always liked the feel of that phrase itself — I wonder if the owner was inspired by it too haha 💃🕺

Let's zoom in on the cute sign one more time haha. It's a simple word but I think they picked a really memorable shop name. This is what real sense of style looks like!!!

Interior and seating

Here's what the inside looks like! It's not a boxed-in space — it's a really open layout with tons of tables and chairs! Seems like a spot office workers would flock to at lunchtime, and there's more than enough room, definitely big enough to seat over 30 people. Huge and comfortable!! 🪑🪑

Dubai pistachio baguette instead of the fig one

I'm a total fig fanatic,,,, so I was torn over the fall seasonal fig pistachio baguette!!! But I'd already had the fig pistachio sandwich from Seongsimdang the day before, so I picked something else.

And that's the Dubai pistachio baguette 🥖🥖🥖 Sounds like a weird combo honestly,,, but while writing this review after eating it, I realized the pistachio cream was so good,, I scraped it all up, and then found out it's actually cream cheese made from tofu??? I had no idea. But how is it this delicious???🫪🫪

How's the kataifi crunch?

The visuals are insane,,,,, and it's packed with kataifi (shredded pastry),,,, when you bite in, your mouth fills up with kataifi, and the crunch is wild,,, Dubai flavors aren't just a trend, they're a classic now, right? Wonyoung said so,,, and if Wonyoung says so, it's true,,, 🙊🫪 Anyway it's been so long since I had anything Dubai-flavored, and it was so good I wondered how I'd ever forgotten this taste,,,,, ‎(●´ڡ`●)

Why I loved the tofu cream cheese

That green cream is tofu cream cheese, which is unbelievable. It looks so vivid, and there's a really generous amount too,,,🙊🙊 It's genuinely delicious, nutty, sweet, and tangy all at once, but honestly, while eating the baguette I kept worrying about the calories,,, but writing this review just cleared that right up lol. If it's tofu cream cheese, it probably won't make me gain as much weight right? ,, let me rationalize that a little lol 🥹🥹

When's the best time to go at Seoul Station

Dance Dance Dance has a Hannam-dong location too, not just Seoul Station, so if you're craving a trendy, delicious sandwich, baguette, or dessert loaded with everything hip right now, definitely go check it out!! I didn't buy coffee since I was getting takeout, but apparently the coffee is really really good too haha☕️☕️ Baguette plus coffee would be perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner! 🥙🥪🥙🥪
