Kiosk à la carte and basement parking at Withwich, Guwol-dong brunch

Today I went to Withwich, a famous pasta and brunch spot in Guwol-dong, Incheon :) The place is big, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious too — a Guwol-dong restaurant I really recommend!

Where is Withwich in Guwol-dong, and where do you park?

Withwich is near the Seonsuchon area of Guwol-dong! It's on the corner of the Blue City building, close to Asiad Athletes' Village Park. You can park in the basement lot in the building. Just ask for parking registration after your meal!

We almost forgot ourselves, but the staff asked us on our way out, so we were able to get our parking registered :)

It's on the corner of the building and the space is quite large! It's also a Guwol-dong restaurant that's received both Blue Ribbon and Red Ribbon recognition.

The inside of Withwich is really spacious too. The tables are set far apart so we weren't uncomfortable during our meal :) A lot of people seemed to be getting takeout, and there was also a seated waiting area!

At Withwich you can order à la carte, but there are also set menus, which work out a bit cheaper :) True to a brunch spot, sandwiches and drinks are the basics, but there's a huge range of wood-fired pizzas and pasta too.

Carbonara and gambas oil pasta at Withwich: portion size and taste

The pasta we ordered at Withwich came out first! Carbonara and gambas oil pasta, and both portions were pretty generous.

Pickles, small plates, water, spoons, forks, knives, tissues — whatever you need, you can grab as much as you like from the self-service bar :)

This is the thick, rich cream carbonara. You know those days when you just crave a thick, creamy pasta? If that's you, I highly recommend this! It's also packed with mushrooms and bacon inside.

The gambas oil pasta had four plump shrimp and plenty of mushrooms too! There was basil in it as well, so you could catch a hint of basil aroma. Clean but savory — it hit exactly my taste.

Eating it, I thought dipping baguette in the sauce would be delicious, but we'd ordered the sandwich so I missed out! If you're getting the gambas oil pasta, order a baguette too and dip it in the sauce! I bet it would be so good ㅠ,ㅠ!

What goes inside the spicy perilla leaf bulgogi sandwich

Based on reviews I checked before visiting, the spicy perilla leaf bulgogi sandwich was the most recommended item at Withwich!! It's visually intense from the start — it's absolutely packed with filling.

It's got slightly spicy bulgogi + perilla leaf + tomato + red onion + jalapeño + cucumber — this sandwich is a real must-try. The more you eat it, the cleaner your mouth feels somehow....? But it's so tasty... The baguette is nice and crisp and the perilla leaf aroma really comes through, seriously.... haha..!!!! If this were near my office I'd definitely eat it all the time...

Is Withwich worth it as a Guwol-dong brunch restaurant?

I came in with high expectations for a well-known Guwol-dong brunch spot, and it exceeded them! The sandwich was so good, the pasta was delicious too, and I think next time I'll try the wood-fired pizza :) With so many takeout customers and delivery orders coming in, it really does seem like a true neighborhood favorite! If you're looking for a Guwol-dong, Incheon restaurant or brunch café, I recommend Withwich :)!
