Guwol-dong pasta restaurant with a 41,800-won pizza set: Withwich

A while back, my husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat lunch in Guwol-dong and ended up at Withwich~~

I'd been curious about this place for a while since it's known as a sandwich and brunch spot in Guwol-dong! Turns out it's also been featured as a Blue Ribbon restaurant, so I went without hesitation! At first I was thinking sandwiches and brunch, but once I saw the menu, the pasta and wood-fired pizza looked so good that we ended up having a proper full lunch instead...

Where Withwich is, plus parking and opening hours

Withwich is on the 1st floor of The Blue City building at 36 Seonsuchon-gongwon-ro, Namdong-gu, Incheon, South Korea, right at Guwol Seonsuchon Rotary. Parking is available in the basement level 2 lot for the building's tenants! We came by car too, and they registered our parking for us so we could eat comfortably without worrying haha.

Withwich is on the ground floor near Guwol Seonsuchon Rotary, so it's easy to find!

It's in a part of Guwol-dong with lots of restaurants and cafés, so it catches your eye as you pass by, and being on the 1st floor makes it easy to access!!

We visited during lunchtime, and it was nice being able to park and head straight up to eat.

If you're driving, you can get your parking registered too, so keep that in mind~~

Inside Withwich: atmosphere and seating

Walking into the restaurant, the overall vibe was clean and comfortable!

They had a variety of seating, from cozy spots for two to tables that could fit larger groups, so it seemed good for dates, friend hangouts, or family meals.

We came during lunch hour, so there were quite a few customers, and delivery and takeout orders kept coming in. Yep, this is definitely a well-loved Incheon Guwol-dong restaurant!!

The spacing between tables and the overall atmosphere weren't too chaotic either, which made for a comfortable meal.

Withwich's menu is more than just sandwiches

I'd only thought of Withwich as a sandwich specialist, but looking at the actual menu, there was way more variety than I expected. Sandwiches, brunch dishes, pasta, wood-fired pizza, salads — they had it all.

...were all on offer. The sandwiches especially had unusual ingredient combinations, not the typical mix, so I definitely want to try them next time. So this place works whether you're after a light Guwol-dong brunch or want to properly dig into pasta and pizza as a Guwol-dong pasta spot, right?!

What comes in the Italian Pasta Wood-Fired Pizza Set, and what it costs

We spent a while deciding what to order for lunch, then spotted a set menu! It's called the Italian Pasta Wood-fired Pizza Set — house salad + pasta + pizza + 2 drinks, starting at ₩41,800, with possible extra charges depending on menu swaps!

We chose margherita pizza, carbonara, house salad, green grape ade, and lemon ade. There were two of us, but with one set we got to pick several different dishes — I loved that about it~~

The dishes started coming out one by one! The house salad went really well with the pizza, better than I expected!

Eating fresh vegetables lightly along with the pizza was such a great combo. Especially with the margherita pizza and salad together, it wasn't heavy at all and I kept reaching for more.

The margherita wood-fired pizza

As a classic, the margherita pizza was solid and delicious as expected. Being baked in a wood-fired oven gave the crust a nice toasted aroma, and the tomato and cheese combo worked well together.

I usually prefer pizzas loaded with lots of toppings, but this day, the classic margherita was so good I was totally satisfied. If you're looking for Guwol-dong pizza and pasta together, ordering the set to get both at once seems like a great move~~

The carbonara that beat expectations

And then, the dish that truly exceeded expectations!

The carbonara. It looked delicious from the moment it arrived, and after the first bite my eyes went wide lolol.

The cream sauce was smooth and perfectly seasoned, genuinely delicious. Of everything we ate that day, the carbonara stuck with me the most. If you love creamy pasta, I think you'd be really happy here — personally, I'd recommend it as a Guwol-dong pasta spot.

Green grape ade and lemon ade

For drinks, we went with green grape ade and lemon ade. The green grape ade tasted a bit like bonbon soda, familiar, sweet, and delicious lolol.

It paired well with the pasta and pizza. The lemon ade had a refreshing tang, so a sip in between bites cleaned my palate nicely!

Withwich's self-serve bar

Cutlery, wet wipes, hot sauce, water — you grab those yourself at the self-serve bar!

And once you're done eating, you take your dishes to the return counter yourself. Overall, the self-serve system was well set up, so there wasn't anything inconvenient throughout the meal.

Withwich roasts its own coffee, too

Something else I learned! It's not just the food at Withwich that's good — apparently the coffee is roasted in-house too.

You can get brunch, sandwiches, and pasta here, and knowing the coffee is house-roasted too, I'd love to try it alongside the food next time. Maybe a morning visit for a light Guwol-dong brunch plus coffee would be nice.

Final verdict on lunch at Withwich

I went to Withwich expecting a sandwich and brunch spot and ended up having a great meal of pasta and wood-fired pizza too. The carbonara especially was fantastic, and the margherita pizza with house salad combo was really satisfying.

I was a little sad we didn't get to try the sandwiches, but that just gives me a reason to come back. Next time I'll go for the sandwiches and properly enjoy Guwol-dong brunch!!
