It has a mellow pub feel, so there seem to be a lot of nearby office workers stopping by for a cold burger-and-beer combo after work. A hot spot in Euljiro 3-ga.

There are so many delicious burgers on the lineup, but every time I come I head straight for the Mushroom Burger without hesitation ^ //^) While I was away, a new side menu item — the mozza cheese bar — apparently came out! Ordered it right away.

Crispy potato chips served unlimited,, you have to load up a whole bowl and dip them deep in mayonnaise. Salty and crunchy — honestly better than Pokachip in my opinion.

The sauces are near the register! Mayonnaise pairs better than ketchup with these, so I always eat a whole scoop of mayo with mine ㅋ.ㅋ This magical Euljiro restaurant keeps your hands busy even before the food arrives..

Mushroom Burger: the fried shiitake is the whole point

The dishes I ordered showed up on a tray in no time, and as always, the visuals are wild ~~

The BAS Burger and my Mushroom Burger looked basically identical except for the fried shiitake mushroom!

On top of the thick, juicy patty sits a crispy, hefty piece of fried shiitake mushroom — the Mushroom Burger, and it's genuinely delicious. There's a reason this is my favorite burger. The mushroom juice,, that deep aroma bursts in your mouth,, crispy outside and chewy-tender inside, blending smoothly with the heavy richness of the beef patty. Such a delicious number-one burger in Euljiro. BAS Burger's default bun itself is soft and chewy and delicious — not a regular burger bun, it feels like a butter bun.

Piling the potato chips on top of the burger

Let's take it one step further. Try piling the potato chips right on top of the burger. Adding that crunchy, shattering texture between the soft buns made it feel twice as delicious ^ // ^ )

How is the new mozza cheese bar?

Don't forget BAS Burger Euljiro Branch's new side menu item, the mozza cheese bar. There are frozen bulk-sold cheese sticks like Chili's version, but this isn't that — it felt like the mozzarella cheese had actually been hand-cut and fried!

Mid-meal I took the bun off and piled the mozza cheese bar on top of the burger too.

Is this cheese insane or what??!! It just refuses to break and stretches on and on,, the photos turned out so hilarious ㅋㅋㅋㅋ the cheese was so amazing I posted it to my story right away. The salty, nutty flavor was sooo good ㅠㅠㅠ if this isn't a Euljiro favorite restaurant, what is.. Definitely add the cheese stick.
