Indoor theme park in Nowon, Seoul: 3 hours at Jump

An indoor theme park called Jump has opened in Hage-dong, Nowon-gu. I’d been excited about Jump ever since it was being built, so after it opened, I went with my partner.

It is located right next to Daejin High School in Hage-dong, Nowon-gu. It is a 7–8-minute walk from Exit 3 of Hagye Station according to Naver, making it easy to reach by public transportation.

It is open from 10:00 to 18:00 Tuesday through Sunday and closed every Monday.

Entering Jump in Hage-dong, Nowon, and choosing a pass

Jump is a fun place to visit in Nowon—into the exciting interior we go!

Before the activities, we quickly filled out a waiver and looked over the price list.

• Adventure Pass: 1 hour ₩10,500 / 2 hours ₩17,500 / 3 hours ₩25,900 / all-day pass ₩49,000
• Play Pass: 2 hours ₩13,300 / 3 hours ₩21,700
• Overtime: ₩1,500 per 10 minutes

The Adventure Pass costs a little more because it also includes Sky Trail and Clip ’n Climb. Children below first grade must always be accompanied by a guardian, and each facility has different requirements.

You can pay on site or print pre-booked tickets at the kiosk.

My partner and I used the 3-hour Adventure Pass today. We scanned the QR code on the wristbands put on by the staff and headed in!

Sneakers are a must for the activities. Long pants are recommended, too!

As soon as we entered, there were little arcade attractions to welcome us, all free to use.

Clip ’n Climb and the high slide

Clip ’n Climb has several climbing installations. They are divided by difficulty, and because you climb with a safety line, everyone from first graders to adults can use them.

You can gauge the difficulty of each structure by the number of star shapes at the lower left.

There are so many different climbing structures, so climbing was great fun. Staff always put on the safety line before you start and help you come down safely, so you can enjoy it without worry.

Right beside it, a high slide was waiting. Staff lift you up while you hold the handle, then you can whoosh down from the spot you choose.

To slide down smoothly, you need to change into the cute little outfits provided. Even if you do not go all the way up, you can ask to stop on the way and slide down from where you want, so even people afraid of heights can have lots of fun. It felt taller than it looks in the photos, which made this slide really fun.

Net Play and Sky Trail

The trampoline, which goes by many names, has three levels of net trampolines, so lots of people can enjoy it at once.

You can climb to the second and third floors using the passageways. For safety, use may be limited when more than 10 people are on a floor. It was fun to jump around energetically on trampolines indoors.

The very high Sky Trail is divided into first, second, and third floors. Usually, you start on the third floor and continue the experience by taking a zip line down to the second. Even the first floor is not low, so it looked great for elementary school children, too.

One area also had mini climbing with several game modes. It looked really good because even people unfamiliar with climbing could enjoy it.

Second-floor motion games and drift kart

Battle Drift Kart opens on September 22. Since it was not open yet and was still under construction, we left the drift kart behind and went up to the second floor to try the other attractions.

The second floor had such a wide variety of attractions. There were many games that recognized your movements and made the experience feel lively.

I even got to play Fruit Ninja, the game I used to enjoy as an old phone app, with my actual body.

We could also enjoy all sorts of games I had only seen in videos. For some games, you can receive a link to footage of your play by email, which was nice for keeping a memory.

There were plenty of other games ready on the second floor, too.

Battle World laser tag

This was the last attraction my partner and I tried before leaving. You put on a vest, take a gun into Battle World, and have a shootout.

The dim field was full of tension. My partner and I ran around nonstop, aiming our guns at each other. Battle World laser tag was sooooo much fun.

It was even more fun because the winner was decided by just one point.

Separate-fee kids’ café and restaurant area

There is also a large kids’ café, an indoor play space in Nowon. It has a separate pricing system from the Adventure area. I am thinking of coming back with Minimi and reviewing it later!

There are also restaurants including Mom’s Touch and Namsan Donkatsu, and the dining area is very spacious, so you can have a comfortable meal.

It is so nice that Nowon-gu has one more thing to do! I was very satisfied to have such a large-scale attraction nearby. This indoor theme park is perfect for a date when you are in the getting-to-know-you stage. Jump in Hage-dong, Nowon-gu is a great place where everyone from elementary schoolers to adults can have fun together.
