In short

This time, my boyfriend and I went on a Daehangno theater date to see the adults-only play Suspicious PT Shop. The content was so high-level that I kept thinking, “This is possible in Korea...?” Yet it also had funny comic bits throughout, so we were cracking up for the entire show ><
Booking Suspicious PT Shop and finding the theater
You can book through Naver, NOL Ticket, or Coupang. Coupang is the cheapest right now. I recommend comparing first, then booking! The running time is 80 minutes, though it goes on for about 80–90 minutes.

Suspicious PT Shop is playing at Nine Theater (나인 씨어터), a three-minute walk from Hyehwa Station Exit 1 or 2. When we arrived, there were groups of female college students there to see it too, haha. I think it would be hilariously fun to come with friends right after graduating high school and becoming adults too, haha.

Suspicious PT Shop is apparently a follow-up to the play Suspicious Hair Salon! That is why there was also a hair-salon-themed space, haha.

We could look at the attractive actors’ body-profile photos, and ticket pickup was available inside.

The waiting area was really well set up for relaxing, and there was also a little space to have tea. Just tell the desk the name of the person who booked and pick up your tickets.

Since the concept is a PT gym, there was even an exercise-equipment area, so my boyfriend did a few pull-ups too, haha.

Watching from Row C and the special-seat atmosphere
Even on a weekday evening, the seats were filled with audience members, and we watched from Row C, the third row. If you sit in the very front, you get a great view and can interact with and participate alongside the actors, so the special seats cost a little more than regular seats. But participating looked so funny, hahaha, so I highly recommend the front special seats too >< Personally, if you are okay with participating, I recommend Row A or B, haha.
Suspicious PT Shop plot
A female gym owner and trainer open a PT gym, but they are worried because they have no customers... Then one customer suggests a secret, special kind of personal training and a way to bring in members, leading to a suggestive story with the male members who sign up afterward.

All the actors were so charming, and their bodies were... seriously amazing, haha. Especially the female actors 👏 Since it is an adults-only play, photography is prohibited during the performance. There is a separate photo time afterward!
How explicit is the show?
I went in expecting an adults-only play, but it was even bolder than I expected... They show everything... hahaha. It is almost at porn level@! I was a little nervous at first, but they eased that tension early on. It was not just provocative scenes either; the comic scenes and the shifts in intensity were balanced really well, which I liked.
Would I recommend it for long-term couples too?
Yes. Personally, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it! It starts off in a stand-up-comedy style, and the lead actor guiding the show was so funny that we burst out laughing again and again throughout, hahaha. We have been together for over 10 years, so we needed some new stimulation too. I totally recommend it to couples who have been together a long time and hit a rut, or who are tired of the same predictable dates!!
Final thoughts: fun and stimulation together
Suspicious PT Shop was a dopamine-packed play with both fun and stimulation! It was funny enough that my boyfriend and I kept laughing and chatting about it afterward, and it refreshed the mood between us too. If you want a play that is more fun, thrilling, and special than a typical romantic love story, you will not regret it 😉 Suspicious PT Shop is said to be one of Korea’s most explicit plays. If you are curious, definitely go see it at least once!
