Wanting something a bit more filling, I looked up duck dishes and ended up at Ori The Chadol Cheonan City Hall branch, said to be a good lunch spot in Baekseok-dong.
Duck meat isn't greasy but still tastes rich, so it's a dish my wife and I crave every once in a while.
This time, instead of just eating plain duck, we wanted to try a bit of everything, so we ordered the jumulleok set.

Once the meat was cooked enough, we threw in the garlic too, and the added garlic aroma made the jumulleok's flavor even richer.

The marinade wasn't overly intense — spicy with a slight sweetness — which paired well with rice.

My wife wrapped the duck with onion in perilla leaves, and she seemed to really like that combo, because she kept eating it that way haha.

There were rice cakes mixed in with the jumulleok too.
Eating only meat can get a bit monotonous, but picking out the chewy rice cakes here and there gave a different feel.
