Pork belly set for two with crab ramyeon in Suwon: Olheun Gogi
In short
Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch is a pork belly and beef Korean BBQ restaurant in the food alley by Exit 6 of Mangpo Station in Suwon, Gyeonggi, where the staff grill every cut for you. Two of us shared the Olheun Pork Table Set (118,000 won) — pork belly, pork neck and outer ribeye cap with Korean beef tartare, grillable cheese and steamed egg — then closed with crab ramyeon (10,000 won), which came with real blue crab inside and made a perfect final dish. Olheun Gogi is a good pick for a night when you would rather talk than watch the grill.

Today I'm introducing a Korean BBQ spot near Mangpo Station that my partner and I visited when we both had a craving for proper meat — Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch (옳은고기 수원본점)! If you're looking for a pork belly or pork restaurant near Mangpo Station, or a spot for a company dinner or family meal near Mangpo Station, check out this post!
Where is Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch, and what are the hours?
Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch is on the 1st floor of 20 Yeongtong-ro 218beon-gil, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si. It's open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 to 3:00am the next day (last order 2:00am), and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00 (last order 21:00). Parking is available right in front of the restaurant.
Walking from Mangpo Station Exit 6, and is there parking?

Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch sits near Exit 6 of Mangpo Station! It's in the Mangpo food alley, so it's easy to reach by public transit too.
Parking around the Mangpo Station food alley is usually a bit of a headache, but Olheun Gogi has its own parking space right out front, which made driving there easy.

The first thing that caught my eye at the entrance was the certified Korean pork mark. 🐖 It gave me a reassuring feeling before we'd even sat down for meat 😖 And another thing that stood out — they're open until 3am...💕 Great to know for whenever work runs late or you get a late-night craving for meat.

Inside Olheun Gogi: baby chairs and a private room
The inside of Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch was bigger and cleaner than I expected. The tables aren't cramped and the overall vibe is comfortable, so it seemed like a fine spot for a meal with friends too. They also have baby chairs ready, so it works well as a family dinner spot.
Further inside there's also a separate private space. If you're looking for a group gathering or company dinner venue near Mangpo Station, having a room like that available is a nice bonus.
I already thought the entrance looked spacious, but once I saw the back too, it turned out to be a bigger place than I expected.
Menu, set options and the receipt review event
Ordering was easy using the tablet set up at each table. The menu had a wide range — not just pork, but beef, side dishes, and even hangover-food options.

What I liked most was the range of set menus that let you enjoy several dishes at once. The beef table set looked good... the pork table set looked good... the chadol-samhap yukhoe set looked good...
They're also currently running a receipt review event, where you can get a free bottle of soju, a bottle of beer, or 2 cans of draft beer or other drinks — your choice of one. Gotta appreciate that kind of thing...😖
What side dishes come with the meal?

After ordering, the side dishes started arriving one by one: celery pickles, myeong-i namul (wild garlic leaves), gat kimchi (mustard leaf kimchi), baek kimchi (white kimchi), garlic, wasabi, ssamjang (dipping paste), and even geotjeori (fresh kimchi). A solid lineup for pairing with meat.
What comes in the Olheun Pork Table Set (118,000 won)?

Our Olheun Pork Table Set arrived! Here's what's included:
- Korean beef tartare, yukhoe (150g)
- Top-grade Korean pork belly, pork neck, and outer ribeye cap mix (710g)
- Grillable cheese (100g)
- Steamed egg
Since the set includes more than just meat — tartare, cheese, and steamed egg too — it seemed like a good choice for a group who wants to enjoy a variety of dishes at once.
A Suwon BBQ spot where the staff grill everything for you
One thing I really liked about Olheun Gogi — staff grill the meat for you directly. At a lot of BBQ places, you end up so busy flipping meat that you barely get to talk to your table, but here we could relax and chat while the meat cooked perfectly.

They started by putting the pork belly and pork neck on the grill.
Then onion, sweet pumpkin, and garlic stalks went on the grill too.
Watching the meat turn golden brown made me unbearably hungry...!

If I'd grilled it myself, some pieces would've been undercooked and others burnt!!! With staff doing the grilling, every single piece came out beautifully golden, which was really satisfying 💝

How did the pork belly and pork neck taste?
I took a well-grilled piece of pork belly, put a little wasabi on it, wrapped it in baek kimchi, and took a bite — the outside was golden and crisp while the inside was moist and tender! Savory juices with every bite... wow, this is why you're supposed to grill pork properly 👍🏻
The pork neck, wrapped in myeong-i namul, had a clean, nutty flavor that paired really well.
Going back and forth between the pork belly and pork neck, I kept reaching for more of each — they each had their own charm 💕

Outer ribeye cap, the third cut in the set
Last came the outer ribeye cap. It had that signature chewy, clean flavor. And it paired amazingly with the grillable cheese I'll talk about next...👍🏻
Grillable cheese: how it pairs with the pork

We also put the grillable cheese included in the set onto the grill.

If a campsite has marshmallows, Olheun Gogi has grillable cheese 🧀 Once it hit the grill, it started turning golden brown fast.
I put a piece of nicely grilled cheese on top of a piece of meat and tried it together... wow, what is this combo? I'm not usually a huge cheese person, but the meat and grillable cheese combo that day worked way better than I expected 🔥
The savory meat plus the salty, chewy cheese made for a whole different kind of experience than usual.
Korean beef tartare (yukhoe)

The Korean beef yukhoe included in the set showed up next. Look how pretty it is ✨
Five seconds after saying it was too pretty to eat, my partner mixed it up without mercy 🥢 We popped the egg yolk and mixed it in with garlic, chili, and pear — fresh and nutty, the plate ended up completely empty....🍽️
The overflowing steamed egg
A generously piled steamed egg in a stone bowl showed up! It looked soft just from the visual ✨
A spoonful proved it — soft and springy in texture. It was great as-is, but I had a feeling it'd be even better mixed with rice, so we tried it that way. And yep... I was right. We ended up ordering an extra bowl of rice 🍚
Finishing with crab ramyeon, 10,000 won

Once we'd had our fill of meat, it was time to pick a finishing dish. We briefly weighed doenjang-suljjigae with rice, naengmyeon (cold noodles), and crab ramyeon.
But... I already love noodles, and now there's crab in it too? Can't pass that up 😖 Short debate, quick order! We went with the crab ramyeon.

The bowl that arrived was more generous than I expected. The noodle portion looked like more than a single serving, and real crab was packed in there too 🦀 I'd honestly worried they might just toss in a crab leg for show... but that worry turned out completely unnecessary — there was proper crab in it.
Slurping down the noodles and picking every last bit of crab meat, with the spicy, hot broth to finish, it was the perfect way to end the meal 👍🏻

Olheun Gogi also sells non-alcoholic drinks and hangover-relief drinks, and has a coffee machine and ice maker on hand, so you can grab a coffee after your meal too ☕
Final verdict on Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch
Today we ate our fill at Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch near Mangpo Station, with the Olheun Pork Table Set and crab ramyeon. What we appreciated most was that staff grilled the meat for us directly. We didn't have to worry about the grill and could just relax and talk with each other over the meal.
I also liked the generous table set — pork belly, pork neck, and outer ribeye cap alongside Korean beef tartare, grillable cheese, and steamed egg. It'd work well not just for a pork belly craving near Mangpo Station, but also for a company dinner, family meal, or gathering with friends near Mangpo Station. The restaurant is spacious and there's a private room too, so it's good for groups.
Best of all, there's parking right in front and it's open until 3am Monday through Saturday! A solid option if you're craving meat after a late shift or need somewhere to eat late at night 👍🏻 Next time, we're planning to come back for the wagyu we didn't get to try this time 😖
If you're near Mangpo Station craving a good meal of meat and want a BBQ spot where the staff do the grilling for you, Olheun Gogi Suwon Main Branch is worth a visit ✨
