You can use the Cheongpa-dong public office parking lot. There's a public lot near Muttuk you can park in, and it's really cheap — ₩900 for the first 30 minutes, ₩1,800 for each additional 60 minutes. My friend parked there and said it was barely any walk at all.

Location and interior of Muttuk Sookdae Main Branch
Muttuk Sookdae Main Branch is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 10 of Sookdae Station, so it's really easy to find :)

It's neatly tucked right at the entrance of the alley, so it really catches your eye!!

Whoa,, matcha pork ribs,,!! I don't eat matcha but matcha lovers should try this at least once haha. Muttuk Sookdae Main Branch has even been on the TV show Live Today!!

The lunch special runs from 11:30 AM all the way to 3:00 PM. Since the window is so long, office workers can easily drop by :) The jeyuk ssambap (spicy pork with lettuce wraps) looked amazing, ㄷㄷ

It's popular enough that even on a weekday, the place was packed with customers at 7-8 PM. The tables are really spacious so you can eat comfortably.
How many people do you need to book the whole place?
The restaurant is quite spacious with lots of tables, so it seems great for group dinners. It can hold 4 to 40 people, and private bookings start from groups of 30 or more.
Menu and drinks, including free corkage

There's a wide variety of side dishes, so you can enjoy a nicely varied meal.

Traditional liquor, bokbunja (raspberry wine), highballs, and various types of soju. And best of all, they have a great-value wine! At ₩29,000 you can order it without any burden — amazing. It's even corkage-free.
Muttuk Handon Assorted Set 600g for 69,800 won
The Muttuk Hanwoo Pork Assorted Set 600g is ₩69,800, and the set is packed with thick pork neck, crispy pork belly, whole skirt meat, and Muttuk's special doenjang stew.

Neat side dishes, and lots of different sauces. The kimchi and pajeori (green onion salad) were so good,, and the table was super clean too >.<

You could really feel how fresh the meat was from that pink color 😭✨ Time to load up on protein.

It's a great-value set menu where you can taste the many charms of domestic 1st-grade Korean pork all at once. It was perfect for three people to share :)
A Korean BBQ restaurant where the staff grill for you
This is the part I loved so much. At Muttuk Sookdae Main Branch, staff carefully grill the meat for you from start to finish ㅜㅜ

None of my friends and I can grill meat well, so having someone grill for us was such a relief. And they grilled it perfectly, with the juices bursting out.

The cuts are really thick, so grilling on the pan locks in all the juices, and one bite just bursts in your mouth.
So gooood 😭 Really chewy and nutty

I like doenjang stew more than kimchi stew, so having it included in the set made me so happy. The doenjang stew is spicy, rich, and sharp — totally my type.

After finishing all the meat, we ordered kimchi-mari guksu 💖 to cleanse our palates. It comes with a thin layer of ice, super refreshing. It washes away all the meat's grease and leaves your mouth totally clean,, a perfect finish.
Photo spot on the way to the restroom
A photo spot I found on the way to the restroom inside the restaurant. Hehe, I wanted a mirror shot and there it was — a mirror straight off Instagram >.<
Ahh!! So cute. Check out that pork belly memo pad ㅠㅠ mouthwash, hair ties, deodorizer. The owner here really has great taste.
Final verdict on Muttuk Sookdae Main Branch
