On Sunday, I had brunch with my husband at Hands Coffee Dongchon Resort Branch (핸즈커피 동촌유원지점). The brunch served on a two-tier tray was memorable, and there was plenty to explore, from the different interiors on each floor and large full-height windows to the rooftop.

Where is it, and was parking convenient?

The café is at 5-6 Hyodong-ro 6-gil, Dong-gu, Daegu. Its exterior reminded me of a brick house.

The café occupied the second through fourth floors. It was busy even at 11 a.m. on Sunday, but I liked the variety and number of seats. The interiors changed along the way up, which made looking around enjoyable.

There was also an event offering a free cookie for writing a receipt review. I enjoyed the cookie as well.

Desserts included Dōjima rolls, cake slices, and waffles. The teddy chocolate cake caught my eye for its cute shape.

How are the full-height window seats and rooftop arranged?

Can you order and look around on the second floor?

The first floor is a restaurant area, while the café begins on the second floor. When I got off the elevator, there was an ordering area and a large full-height window that felt like a framed picture.

They also sold merchandise, coffee beans, and tea bags. The colors stood out, so I looked through them too.

What did the pagery cream pasta and jambon-beurre taste like?

The brunch arrived on a two-tier tray. The pagery cream pasta I tried first had a savory sauce that was not heavy, with a distinct mushroom aroma. The pasta was chewy, and the cream sauce flowed out from the holes inside the pasta, which worked well together.

I liked the nutty flavor of the baguette and the pieces of whole butter in the jambon-beurre sandwich. It was lightly seasoned without being bland, and went well with an Americano.

The iced tea we ordered was not watery. Its tanginess and sweetness went well together, making it easy to drink. I liked the brunch that day, so I would like to come back.
