Where is Napoli Shinbu in Cheonan, and what are its hours?

This Italian restaurant sits in an alley right behind Shinsegae Department Store in Sinbu-dong. It's also close to Cheonan Terminal, so it was easy to get to — and if you just walk up along the jangkalguksu (spicy noodle soup) row near Cheonancheon Stream, it comes right into view :)

A certified Neapolitan wood-fired pizza association member
Napoli Shinbu is registered with the Napoli wood-fired pizza artisan association, and serves wood-fired pizza and pasta as its main lineup, alongside salads, risotto, sous-vide pork ribs and other Western dishes.
The restaurant especially pushes its Napoli-style wood-fired pizza — they use Italian Caputo flour and mozzarella, and say they use house-made stock and sauces in their pasta too ✨

Inside Napoli Shinbu: seating and atmosphere
The space is on the small side, but the floor-to-ceiling windows show off the greenery outside, so it never feels cramped — instead it gives the place a more relaxed, pleasant atmosphere 🌿

There were other guests dining in the back originally, but the staff cleared up at lightning speed so I could grab a quick photo 📷 The yellow chairs are a nice accent, adding a fresh, bright feel to the space :)

The kitchen is open too, so I peeked in and saw pizza dough proofing on one side 👀 Seeing the dough actually proofing on-site made me even more excited for the wood-fired pizza (so much anticipation)

How do the margherita pizza and scallop risotto taste?

We ordered margherita pizza and scallop risotto! Look at that visual,,,, isn't it just beautiful..?

Margherita pizza, 19,000 won
🍕 Margherita pizza, ₩19,000. I ordered it thinking 'wood-fired pizza means you gotta go with the classic,' and the dough was mild yet moist and delicious, so I just kept eating slice after slice,,,,🤤 The house-made tomato sauce especially stood out, and even though it's flour-based, it wasn't heavy at all — honestly tastier than I expected haha

Scallop risotto, 18,500 won
🌾 Scallop risotto, ₩18,500. A basil pesto cream risotto made with scallops and prosciutto. The subtle basil aroma was so, so good, and above all the scallops were delicious!
And I think the real kick here is the sun-dried tomato (turns out it wasn't just there for show — this chef really knows flavor,,). Eat a bite with tomato, scallop, prosciutto and risotto all together and the combination is just.....😇
