Cheongna meat buffet with unlimited beef refills: Jangsodam B Set

I visited Jangsodam Eel and Beef Buffet, where you can enjoy eel and all kinds of meat in one place. Eel and beef, of course, but also short ribs, dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken), samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork neck, even pork skin — all served together, along with a big spread of side dishes like pasta, tteokbokki (spicy stir-fried rice cakes), and fried snacks. I left very satisfied (｡•ᴗ•｡)

Jangsodam is located on the 2nd floor of Cheongna Tower Dome! Every Monday is Eel Day, apparently!! Next time I'm craving eel I'm going to try going on a Monday haha

Inside Jangsodam: spacious seating and a kids' room for family gatherings

The inside of Jangsodam was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating, so it seemed like it would work well for family gatherings or group dinners! There's also a kids' room, so it would be great to visit with children too haha

What comes with the 34,000 won B Set at Jangsodam?

Jangsodam has A, B, C, and D sets, and this time we went with the B Set. The B Set includes eel + beef short rib + crab + pork specialty dish + Hangang ramyeon + drink + rice + ice cream!! At ₩34,000 per adult, the price didn't feel too steep given everything included.

The eel and beef came out right after ordering the B Set!!! The eel was huge and thick. I had planned to eat mostly eel that day, but surprisingly the beef was so good I ended up refilling it several times haha

What's on the Jangsodam self-serve bar?

Jangsodam has a self-serve bar, and there were seriously so many options!!

Tteokbokki, jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork), dubu kimchi (tofu with kimchi), spaghetti, acorn jelly, fried snacks and more — there were even things I couldn't manage to photograph, the variety was really huge.

There were also several recipes for burgers, rice bowls, rice balls, toast, and salad bread, so make sure to try them!!

You can also cook your own Hangang ramyeon (instant noodles). There wasn't just one kind of ramyeon either — lots of varieties were available haha

From the drink dispenser to ice cream and snacks, dessert was fully covered too. For ₩34,000, this is such a good deal...

There's sweet, marinated short rib for a mild sweetness, spicy dakgalbi when you're craving heat, and familiar favorites like samgyeopsal and pork neck too haha

Meat without rice just isn't right, right? haha Rice is available too!

How was the eel at an all-you-can-eat buffet?

Some all-you-can-eat restaurants can be disappointing when it comes to food condition or freshness, but I didn't feel any of that at Jangsodam. The eel in particular looked big and plump, really appetizing to look at!

Grilled to a nice golden brown, you could really taste the thick eel's texture and savory flavor, which made the all-you-can-eat aspect even more satisfying.

How do the beef refills work at Jangsodam?

The beef was pretty huge too, right!! The cuts were a bit thin but incredibly tender and delicious ㅠㅠ Ah, I want more already... Being able to eat good cuts as an all-you-can-eat refill was really satisfying.

Since beef cooks quickly, we could grill just as much as we wanted at a time and enjoy it hot right away, and since both the eel and beef were in great condition, the all-you-can-eat aspect felt even more worth it.

If you order the B Set, you get one free crab refill — it was packed with meat and the seasoning was genuinely delicious. Make sure to get this add-on!

When you ask for a beef refill, it comes out portioned like this! Beef can get tiring quickly, so I liked that they didn't bring out a huge amount — just enough to enjoy comfortably haha

From eel to beef, short ribs to dakgalbi, samgyeopsal, pork neck, pork skin, all the way to pasta, tteokbokki, and fried snacks — having so many menu choices feels like a huge strength of Jangsodam haha If you're looking for a spot for a family gathering, a meal out with parents, or a group dinner with lots of people, Jangsodam Eel and Beef Buffet is a great option where everyone can find something to their taste.
