Atmosphere and seating
The interior was pretty, clean and comfortable!

The store is quite spacious with plenty of seats. There was also a group table set up. It had a family-restaurant kind of vibe!

There was also a baby chair.

How to order and menu options
You order comfortably through the kiosk set up at your table.

Main menu items included the fajita platter, barbecue pork ribs, chimichanga, burrito bowl (carnitas/shrimp), quesadilla, beef chili pasta and more. (+ there's a kids' menu too!!) Alcohol and drinks are also available.

There were so many delicious-looking dishes I had trouble deciding... but I went with the fajita platter, the signature menu item.

What's in the fajita platter?
The fajita platter. It's Taco Dot's signature menu where you wrap meat, vegetables and fried rice in tortillas yourself, apparently! It came with fried rice, meat, onion, shrimp, and everything you need to make your own tacos.

The portion is huge and it looks amazing. So delicious-looking... plenty of pulled pork and grilled chicken, and a generous amount of shrimp, which I love..😍

The fried rice was fluffy and so tasty, and not too greasy, which I liked. Good!! The meat especially was really tender and delicious.

The shrimp were also big and plump, so good. ㅠㅠ

The difference between fajitas and tacos
A DIY taco. The tortillas were served warm! (I was curious about the difference between fajitas and tacos so I looked it up... apparently if the tortilla and ingredients come out separately, it's a fajita, and if the ingredients are already inside the tortilla, it's a taco!!!)

The fillings came out as tomato, onion, pickles, cabbage salad and two kinds of sauce.

Making it myself was really fun. Haha. And that yogurt sauce that came with it? So good!!! (+ tortillas and sauce are apparently unlimited refills!)

It was so good I kept going for more, haha. The platter had so much meat that I could pile my tacos up multiple times, which was great. Once folded, the tortillas were just the right one-bite size.

Who should come here
The spacious, comfortable interior was nice, and everything from the meat platter to the tacos was so delicious — a great Mexican food spot in Cheongna-dong. With its family-restaurant feel, it's a good place to come with family or friends, or even for a group gathering. If you want to try Mexican or Latin American food, or you're looking for a good restaurant in Cheongna-dong, I'd recommend checking out Taco Dot Cheongna Branch. Recommended!
