In short
Hands Coffee Dongchon Resort Branch is a large café in Dong-gu, Daegu, with a spacious dedicated parking lot and seating for two to groups of seven or eight. How was it for stopping by with family after a meal?
Last weekend, after having lunch with relatives, I went to Hands Coffee Dongchon Resort Branch (핸즈커피 동촌유원지점) at Dongchon Resort in Dong-gu, Daegu. I had heard it was a large café with plenty of seating and a good view, so we decided to visit.

What were parking and entry like?
The café has a spacious dedicated parking lot, so it was convenient to visit by car. The entrance was on the second floor, so we went up the stairs, then ordered first at the kiosk just inside.
The hours listed in the original post are 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, and it is open year-round. Takeout and group visits are also available.

How much were the patbingsu and coffee?
Since we were already full after our meal, we did not order any other desserts. My mother and aunt chose old-fashioned patbingsu (shaved ice with sweet red beans) to share, while my younger cousin and I chose coffee.

How were the family tables and the view?
After ordering, I slowly looked around the spacious café to find a table. There were displays of hand-drip coffee, gift sets, tumblers, and more, which were enjoyable to browse.

The interior atmosphere varied slightly from floor to floor. I also liked the view I had been looking forward to before visiting.

There were tables for two through group tables for seven or eight people. The layout suited different group sizes, and the cozy seats where you could drink coffee while looking out at the green scenery looked especially nice.

Which ordered item stood out?
When the pager we received while ordering buzzed, we picked up our drinks and dessert. The old-fashioned patbingsu that my mother and aunt ordered to share was generously sized and tasted good. My younger cousin and I drank the coffee we had each chosen and caught up for the first time in a while.

The café also had decorative pieces shaped like a family of deer. I thought children might like them. Drinking coffee, resting, and talking with my family was a refreshing change of pace.
