I was in Bucheon's Sinjung-dong for my regular dentist appointment — haven't been in a while — and heard there was a newly opened bakery worth checking out, so I stopped by Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong.

It's about a 4-minute walk from Exit 3 of Sinjung-dong Station (Line 7), on the ground floor two buildings past Lotte Cinema Bucheon — right next to the main branch of Jjang-ine Spicy Pork Cutlet Naengmyeon.

If you're torn between Half and Whole, they have display models like in the photo to help you decide easily. It's so moist, soft, and chewy that once you try it your hand keeps reaching for more — so I'd recommend going for the big Whole size.

Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong just opened, but it's already popular enough that I timed my visit to opening hours. They make apple mango, melon, and peach milk cream sando (sandwich) with fresh fruit and milk cream — and when I visited in the morning, there was only one left.

There's also a wide range of coffee and drink options, including a brewed coffee lineup freshly brewed on order, full of aroma and flavor. You can choose your beans nutty, fruity, or decaf. With indoor tables available, you can sit comfortably and enjoy the coffee aroma alongside the bakery items.

What I ordered: brewed coffee 3,500 won and chamomile tea 3,300 won

☕ Brewed coffee (nutty, fruity, or decaf), ₩3,500. You can also order it as a latte, but since I wanted to taste the coffee's own aroma and flavor at full strength, I went with nutty. The ice was a normal amount and the cup was generously filled with coffee — great value for 3,500 won.

As soon as it arrived, a subtle nutty aroma spread out, and the first sip was clean and smooth rather than bitter, with a nutty flavor like nuts spreading through the mouth toward the finish. Because it was so clean, it was nice to sip slowly and savor the aroma, and because it was nutty, it was easy to drink without feeling heavy. ☕

☕ Chamomile tea, ₩3,300. A premium herbal tea line with three options total — chamomile, peppermint, and hibiscus — so there was plenty of choice. The chamomile tea I ordered had a subtle floral scent, a gentle sweetness, and a clean lingering finish. It had been a while since I enjoyed a tea menu this much.

Fresh out of the oven, the Golden Beurre milk bread looked completely mouthwatering just from its shape — that sealed the deal on going for the signature item. Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong packs it in a clean shopping bag, so carrying it home just feels good.

Made with 100% naturally fermented, AOP-certified top-grade French butter, the look of the bread was clearly a cut above. The moment I opened the wrapper, a subtle buttery aroma drifted out, and the crumb was dense and tightly packed rather than airy.

You can taste the buttery flavor all at once — mild yet nutty and full of richness — so it's delicious even without jam or cream cheese, and you never get tired of it; your hand just keeps reaching for more.
